The Magnolia House is located in the town of Broadway nestled in the Shenandoah Valley. Convenient to so many things to see and do. Nearby attractions include Bryce Resort ( a 4 season resort), New Market historic battlefield and museum, Luray and Shenandoah caverns, multiply vineyards, antique/flea market shopping and only 18 miles to Harrisonburg. The house is a short walk to Heritage park. The park offers a children play area, picnic shelters, a walking path and pickleball courts.

Nestled between the Massanutten Mountains, Edith Guest House provides a base for horseback riding, bicycling, hiking, kayaking, or parasailing activities.
