YurtSimple is where life slows down and people unplug. It’s forest bathing in nature. It’s getting away from it all to spend time with a partner, by oneself, and sometimes with pets. You’ll be driving past YurtCation (about 300 feet past YurtCation) to get to YurtSimple. YurtCation is 20’ in diameter and YurtSimple is 16’ in diameter. Wood and charcoal are provided. You may cook on the indoor wood stove top, or visit any number of great restaurants 2 miles away. You can even order pizza delivery

Enjoy the water on our kayaks, standup paddle-board or fishing off our dock. Prep a meal in our beautifully remodeled kitchen, on our large gas grill or by the shore on our fire pit.

Between both Whitewater & Rice Lake. Great walking & biking trails in the Kettle Moraine State Park, and close to John Muir trails, Ice Age Trail, Alpine Valley & UW-Whitewater. Close to Lauderdale Lake, Delavan Lake and Lake Geneva with many top Friday night Fish frys in the area. Super quiet but close to everything!

The Hideaway: 8 Acre Resort

Welcome to The Hideaway, an eight-acre luxury log retreat near Whitewater Lake and Kettle Moraine State Park, offering year-round access to scenic parks and hiking. Outdoor amenities include a hot tub, fire pit with oversized Adirondack seating, and lighted pickleball and beach volleyball courts. Inside, enjoy a 16-foot shuffleboard table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, and a private home theater. Six bedrooms, including a primary suite with jetted soaking bath, provide exceptional comfort.

Camp Wandawega: Lakeside 3 Bedroom Cabin

Overlooking the lake nestled right behind the main lodge, this cabin has 3 bedrooms, a half bathroom, a seating a room, a basic kitchenette & access to camp showers downstairs. One large bedroom has a queen bed, one room with bunkbeds, & one with a full bed to accommodate a max of 6 guests. (But the bunkbeds are best for kid-sized humans). Like all of Wandawega, it’s a back-to-basics, no-frills, primitive experience. Simple rooms, vintage furnishings. There is heat & a couple AC window units.

We are local hosts and strive to provide a five star experience! If your group is larger than 4, we have two other units in the same building.

Newly Remodeled Rustic Lakehouse Cabin

We are lovers of "Lake Life" and want to share our experiences of Turtle Lake with others who love tranquility and time to reflect, but also want to hike at the Kettle Morraine State Forest, enjoy camp fires, tour local historic towns such as Lake Geneva and other sites, fish (including the best ice fishing in the area!), canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming, reading, and simply enjoying conversations with friends and family. We recently remodeled the kitchen, bathroom and 2 lower bedrooms.

The Modern Cozy Spacious Corner

This home is perfect for family get togethers. The basement has a game area, a living room, a queen bed and private bathroom. Duly note the queen bed downstairs is not a private bedroom. The fenced in backyard has a patio ,furniture,gas grill and a hot tub. Quiet hours begin at 9PM. Please be advised that we do have security cameras for your protection and ours.,The cameras are located on the front and back porch of the home. Please refrain from tampering with the cameras.
