The Magnolia-Fully Remodeled Apt

Come relax at The Magnolia. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has been completely remodeled in July 2023 and is in the middle of all the big city amenities. The apartment complex is very safe with a city police officer living on the premises as the courtesy officer. It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful. The laundry is located in the apartment, so no need to visit a laundry mat. The complex has a fitness center, business center, and dog park.

The Cottage at Floral Heights

On the outside our Cottage may look like a mobile home, but come inside and you will find a comfortable, inviting Cottage. This little place is bigger than it looks . It has plenty of space for a family with 5 or even 6 kids. The Master bedroom is a cute cottage style with a queen bed and a futon. The Bunk room has full size bunk beds and a twin bed. There is also a heavy duty futon in the living room. Please have mail delivered to the door and not the PO Box.

Vintage Styled Home ~King Suite~MSU~SAFB~Fire pit

Come relax and stay in our home that offers all there is to have in a prime central location just steps away from Midwestern State University and minutes from downtown. Tastefully decorated with an eclectic, vintage ambiance including quirky pieces and interesting lamps. Fully fenced-in backyard (chain link) with outdoor lounging furniture, propane grill, and a fire pit area to enjoy an evening by the fire. We look forward to your stay with us!

The Claire Lou

The Claire Lou is a dreamy home in the beloved Country Club cottage section of Wichita Falls. Remodeled kitchen and baths, elegant finishes, original wood floors and it is the perfect blend of modern and vintage. The home has timeless class in generously uncluttered spaces. Your host has thought of everything you could need and welcomes all special requests. The Claire Lou's location is ideal and guests love the peacefully happy vibe!

Cozy Guest House

Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses.

The Little House (No cleaning fee!)

The Little House is cozy 550 sq ft two story guest house nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac! It has a fully equiped kitchen with full size appliances and cooking utensils, TVs in the bedroom and living area, and a balcony and porch with suspended rattan chairs to relax outside in. I would be so happy to host you (and your pets) anytime! 🙂
