Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Wien

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – man kam rein und fühlte sich direkt willkommen, sogar der Duft beim Eintreten war angenehm. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, man hat sofort gemerkt, dass ihr das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch problemlos selbst kochen konnte. Die Betten waren bequem, es war alles da, was man brauchte, und auch Kleinigkeiten waren durchdacht. Die Lage ist super – ruhig, aber mit schneller Anbindung in die Stadt. Besonders praktisch: Es gab sichere Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Kurz gesagt: Ein rundum gelungenes Gesamtpaket, das wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze woning in Wenen. De locatie is echt uniek – je bevindt je op een plek waar het prachtige Wenen en de rustgevende natuur samenkomen. De omgeving is rustig en groen, wat zorgt voor een ontspannen sfeer, terwijl het centrum van de stad toch goed bereikbaar is. De ruimte in en om de woning geeft een heerlijk gevoel van vrijheid. Ideaal voor wie even aan de drukte wil ontsnappen zonder de stad helemaal achter zich te laten. Een aanrader!

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Cosy atmosphere, relaxing garden, clean as being at home. A lovely house in a green belt of Wien. Spacious interieur, beautiful garden, fully equipped kitchen, top cleanliness even in the last hidden corner, also inside the furnitures. Easy going, helpful, intelligent landlord/landlady. You can feel, you arrived to the best days of Austria. If you do not mind to commute a bit more to Stephansdom, but being hosted in a super relaxing, quiet environment, you would love it. I can only recommend.

Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten unsere Reise sehr entspannt genießen. Der nahegelegene Kurpark, in dem wir jeden Morgen spazieren gehen konnten, war wunderbar ruhig und schön. Wenn man Wien besucht, eine Pause braucht und eine gemütliche Unterkunft für die Familie sucht, können wir diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen.😉

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und der Garten wunderschön. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Lage nah an der Donau ist perfekt für Spaziergänge mit oder ohne Hund. Das Restaurant um die Ecke ist sehr gut, mit Garten im Sommer. Schara war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a perfect location Margarita is a great and caring host. We had a great time and would visit again.

Leon was very responsive since booking till we left his place. He allowed us to check out an hour and a half after checking out time which helped us a lot. The place needs a bit of attention in clearing but was comfortable for the three of us each with their own room. we didn't need to use the kitchen but I feel the kitchen might need a little attention eg the kettle has no lid. The location was the best feature as its a few minutes walk to the centre with tons of resturants shops bars around. Very quiet no noise from the streets at all. All in all we enjoyed a comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Vienna and we look forward to returning again. Thank you Leon

Appartement super bien situé et tout se visite à pied, sinon transport en common facile d’accès. Il y a une épicerie juste à côté. Cependant, puisqu’il est dans le coeur de l’action, il y a beaucoup de bruit. Nous y avons passé un très beau séjour.

Great spot for a quick work trip in Vienna. Location was quiet and walking distance to StadtPark and the Belvedere. Location was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Thomas is very responsive and accommodated an early check in

Eine zentralere Lage wäre kaum möglich, und dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig! Teilweise liegt das daran, dass sie sich im Hintergebäude befindet (wo es selbst im Sommer auch mal relativ kühl werden kann), aber auch die Nachbarn hat man kaum gehört. Es war praktisch alles da, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Einziges Manko wäre hier, dass Küche und Bad im selben Raum untergebracht sind, was bei drei Personen nicht immer günstig war. Ansonsten empfehlenswert, danke!

Bika's property was perfect in every way — a lovely apartment in an ideal location: clean, tidy, and equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for the perfect vacation. Located in the heart of Vienna, close to restaurants, historic center, cafés, and attractions. Bika’s response was immediate, with excellent flexibility and understanding for every request. She is simply wonderful. Highly recommended !!!!! We will deffinately come again!

Petite escale pour se ressourcer entre 2 avions, bien placé, propre, confortable, dans un bel immeuble, l’appartement est au goût du jour, c’était parfait pour nous !

Het appartement van Katja ligt heel dicht bij het Hauptbahnhof. Vanuit het Hauptbahnhof kun je zo op de metro stappen, die je brengt waar je maar wilt zijn. Maar eigenlijk ben je al met een paar haltes in hartje centrum. Het Belvedère is zelfs op loopafstand. Kortom: Wat wil een mens nog meer?

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Apartment entspricht genau den Bildern des Inserates! Besonders toll sind die zwei Terrassen, wo man von einer Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick auf ganz Wien hat!!! Ich kann das Apartment sehr empfehlen denn man ist mit den Öffentlichen in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt!! Einfach herrlich und jederzeit wieder!!

Das Appartement ist wunderschön, liegt wahnsinnig zentral. Alles ist super mit den Öffis zu erreichen. Wir haben uns äußerst wohlgefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Sind auf unsere Wünsche sehr entgegenkommend eingegangen. Hierfür nochmals unseren herzlichsten Dank. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen - jederzeit wieder!!!

The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Having the subway so close was great because we spent nearly all of our time exploring other areas and visiting attractions. The little bakery one block up the Main Street was good for coffee and breakfast.

Nicole’s Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Man ist super zu Fuss überall, einfacher und klarer check-in / sowie check-out und wunderschöne Inneneinrichtung !! In der Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Wir hatten keine Probleme aber Nicole antwortete immer schnell und war zuvorkommend. Es ist zurzeit eine Baustelle um das Haus, welche aber nie laut war oder gestört hat. Die Unterkunft ist meiner Meinung nach schon etwas teurer aber es lohnt sich ! Wir kommen wieder.

Great location, within walking distance of grocery and restaurants and not far from city center. Quiet street. Had what we needed. Nice, big apartment. Matthias was very responsive and helpful. Tried some of the restaurants recommended. Appreciate all the coffee pods!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce bel appartement meublé et décoré avec goût. Il est très bien situé, à 5mn à pied du métro direct pour le centre ville en très peu de temps. Il y a une belle vue sur le canal du Danube et l'appartement est calme , la chambre donne sur une cour intérieure. Dagmar explique très bien pour l'arrivée et est très réactive si on a des questions. Pour finir, la literie est bonne. En conclusion je recommande tout à fait cet appartement.
