Cosy and spacious city apartment with balcony

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Newly renovated, bright and quiet 60m2 apartment in a prime location in the 7th district. Optimal connection via Bim and U-Bahn to all districts. Elevator available; as well as a fully equipped kitchen as well as a new washing machine. Numerous recommended restaurants, coffee houses and shops are right outside the front door – as well as a bakery, a (organic)supermarket, pharmacy and drugstores. The Museumsquartier and in general the first district are just 15 minutes away on foot.

Nice apartment nearby Yppenplatz

Nice apartment in 1170 only 10 minutes away to the city center (Schottentor) with tram line 43. Shops right in the immediate vicinity. When there is good weather you can relax on 14m2 balcony and end the evening with a glass of wine. For night owls is the same as the walking distance to the city arteries about 5 minutes walk to the clubzsene of Vienna. There is the possibility to rent a garage parking space directly in the house for 10 € per day.

Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. The APARTMENT is quiet, centrally located, close to public transport, has room for up to 8 guests and is on the 4th floor with elevator. There is a big shopping mall 200m from the apartment (WESTBAHNHOF), some grocery shops and supermarkets are open until 11pm and on weekends. LATEST check-in is 8pm (unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions).
