The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. The architect's house is located in the "Rebhang" settlement, one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas in the Rheingau wine-growing region. Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

The cottage (approx. 70 sqm) is a converted stable and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and is only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine.
