Charming and cozy country cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small, cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The shower and toilet are 1.8 m², small! The kitchen has 4 hobs and an oven underneath. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Konstanz can be reached in 10 -15 minutes, also by public transport.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

That sounds like a dream! A completely newly renovated apartment with a private terrace and garden is really special. The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient. We lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top of the roof, the studio boasts amazing views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as sup are also included.
