Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wijdemeren

I’m emotional about leaving this absolute treasure of a rental- wish we could stay forever. We booked Darley’s on the recommendation of well-traveled local friends who literally *moved* to Hilversum after staying here and told us it was the best Airbnb of all time. (These friends also know that I’m finicky about vacation rentals and generally prefer hotels.) I’m SO glad we listened to them. This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful, well-appointed, lavish, thoughtfully stocked, gorgeously furnished, comfortable Airbnb ever, and now I’m probably ruined for all others. It could have been half as incredible for twice the price - we’d still be delighted. I’ve never felt more at home while traveling. We had all the privacy, comfort, provisions, fresh flowers and fruit, random fun perks, great water pressure, immaculate cleanliness, inspiring corners, luxurious linens, and other copious supplies we didn’t know we needed. Thank you, Marielise, for the Airbnb experience of a lifetime. WOW.

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

Diederik‘s flat was fantastic for our trip to Utretch. A very quiet neighborhood with lovely old homes and surroundings. Exactly what we needed for our first trip with our little one. The apt is spacious and has all you need. Only downside is the stairs between floors are a bit more tight/narrow/steep than they appear in the photos. So be careful if you have a little one. Otherwise we loved our stay at his place. Its a great getaway.

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

We have had the most fantastic stay with Joek . He is a super lovely guy and his accommodation was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage sons . Brilliant placed for local shops , eating etc and a short ride by train into the centre . We went to a concert at the Ziggo Dome which was a 10 minute walk . Joek is helpful , relaxed and accommodating . Would definitely go back, and totally recommend it . Thanks Joek !

Hilversum was so beautiful, and Diependaalselaan was a really nice neighborhood. It was easy to walk to and from centrum. It was such a calm and peaceful place. It is also really near a local grocery store called Hoogvljiet. Terrence was terrific and so kind to us when we checked in. He was available when we had questions and he recommend tourist attractions for us to visit. It was such a delight to stay at his Airbnb. The Airbnb was really cozy, and it was the exact thing we needed. It was a comfortable bed and the bathroom was quite nice. The kitchen was really handy and it was easy to store and make food. The fridge was just big enough. We really recommend staying at his Airbnb!

Nanda’s place is very spacious and comfortable, with lovely large windows and all the facilities you would need. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift!) with the hosts’ living area on the ground floor and bedrooms on the second floor. Easy 5 minute walk to buses, just 3 stops to Central Utrecht. Nanda was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

Apartment is just as advertised and is in a great location. Would recommend this.

It was a super lovely place to stay. I wish it was a little closer to the city center but I really loved the drive from the metro station, the fields were very beautiful and peaceful. It was really quiet out there and there Airbnb was gorgeous.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The space was impeccably clean. Each room is decorated in a way that can surprise, creating interior spaces that you will not find anywhere else (like it or not). The beds are very comfortable and smell good, as do the towels. The garden is a true haven of peace, and here you will find a bold decoration😉. As for our hosts, they were exceptionally kind and attentive. We particularly appreciated the charming welcome gift: delicious fresh eggs from their own hens, who were very friendly neighbors during our stay. We also loved greeting the horse and pony every morning!Let's not forget a message written in French🥰. Only small downside: even if we did not stay during a period of high heat, the temperature can quickly rise as soon as there is a ray of sun upstairs. Thank you so much for the experience.

We had a great stay. It's not far to Amsterdam. The place is totally beautiful and super clean. We would come back!

Very nice and quiet place. More than enough room for our family of five. About half an hour from Amsterdam. Having a car is a must. All in all, we had a great time.

My friends and I had a lovely weekend there. Everything is perfectly equipped. Tom is very responsive in case of any problems.

Our family, including 2 young children, had a wonderful one month stay at Arco and Anouk's. Their home is beautiful and comfortable, in a picturesque town, close to everything you need! The hosts were welcoming and communicative throughout. We could not have asked for a better stay. We are so thankful for the memories made at this glorious AirBnb!

We had a short, very nice New Year's Eve stay with Gerard with great views of the fireworks over the water. The apartment is modern and beautifully decorated and has a large dining and living area. In particular, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Gerard responded quickly and helpfully to inquiries. Definitely recommended!

Lots of light, modern, beautifully located. 3 bedrooms. We rented another electric boat from Otter, 5 minutes away. Almost every day beautiful weather, then the Netherlands is beautiful. We'd love to come back.

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. This was a fantastic property. Perfectly located and walking distance from main sites. Lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes. It was quit noisey Friday night but the appartment was so spacious and comfortable. The amenities were brilliant. This proper was exceptional and I would highly recommend it.

We spent a week here. The place is small, but provided plenty of storage for our clothes, and provided all the cooking items we needed. Having the washer In the sink/shower room gave a surface for our cosmetic bags. The toilet has its own room, which also makes the spaces more functional. Having a washing machine was fantastic after spending the previous week on a boat/ bike tour! We used the drying rack, instead of the dryer, and our clothes were dry the next day. There is now a roof terrace, which is a great addition. The steep stairs have been mentioned before, so I brought some cloths up in bags to lighten the wt. of the suitcase. Once I did that, I could manage its wt. and hang onto the railing OK. There is construction on the street where the bus normally stops, but we finally found the stop at Royaards van Den Hamkade, and that made a world of difference, especially leaving with suitcases. The bus ride to Utrecht was about 10 min. Our over all experience was great.
