The village of Telfs with a climbing center, year-round ice rink, indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as sauna is only about 4 km away. The nearest ski resorts and the state capital of Innsbruck can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

The train station is a 10-minute walk from the property, and Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.
