MEHRSiCHT – this name stands for what it promises. In an elevated position above Lake Walen is the originally renovated "Ammler" farmhouse with two residential units, each with its own entrance. The single house is surrounded by intact nature with a postcard panorama and offers plenty of peace and privacy. The panoramic view with fantastic views of the lake and mountains is unique. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Quiet location with the best views - surrounded by nature. The house is located on the Gamserberg at 975 meters above sea level adjacent to my farm. With beautiful views of the St. Galler Rhine Valley and all around the beautiful mountain scenery. Ground floor: kitchen with wood-burning stove for heating, large living room, terrace and entrance. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and washing machine. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms.

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.
