wonderful location, responsive host. we had everything we needed there the place was beautiful. Couldn't get the kids out of the pool. 10/10 would recommend.

The attention to detail from the little welcoming gift to every room decorated to perfection with each theme! We cooked a lot of big meals with our large family there and the kitchen is fully stocked and amazing! The pirate ship room for the kids to play in with the slide from upstairs to downstairs was so fun for them to play in! We enjoyed the pool with the kids during the day and the adults hung out by the pool and hot tub at night just talking and spending time together which was so fun! Everything is so clean and well stocked! The beds are super comfortable and we enjoyed movies in the movie room as well! We will definitely be looking at booking with Brandon & Michelle again! The townhome is BEAUTIFUL. 10/10 please book asap. Booked this retreat for the ending of April in January 2025. Do not hesitate on booking spots are taken fast. Kitchen is pristine, living room is elegant, the pool is sparking clean, rooms were spacious and nicely put together. It resembles a 5-star hotel. Decorations were perfect. My ideal home away from home. In all honestly, it is breathing. Lots of parking and it’s free. Easy access to home. The host is responsive. The home has up to date appliances and spacious bathrooms. I’m in awe. I will say, the commute to do most entertainment in Orlando it is around 35 minutes to an hour drive. Traffic is insane BUT to be expected (tourists land) especially since Epic Universe is opening soon. Leave on time to places please. Plan your vacation accordingly and overall, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for hosting my friends and I!

Wow!!! The pictures were exactly how house looks, immaculate, clean, spacious. The house was so beautiful and well maintained. this place is a GEM to stay if in Orlando. Whatever you need the house already has, spices, towels, toys, extra pillows etc... too much to stay. Highly recommend for family of all ages. Communication with, Jorge was right on top of handling any questions you needed answered with fast response. Jorge and Vianca are so kind. Family is definitely returning for another family trip.

Absolutely beautiful home. It was a very nice peaceful area. Disney and universal were close by. Cant wait to come back again!

Vacation crew & family really enjoyed the place! Host responds quick and clear instructions for the stay! Very close to DT and amusement parks, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Really enjoyed the swimming pool, bigger than expected. Would love to book another trip with The Garcia Family.

We are so thankful we found this house and had Brett as our host! He went above and beyond for our needs! We needed a booster seat for my 7 year old grandson. When we arrived there was a brand new booster seat waiting for us! Brett was super helpful with any questions we had. Everything was amazing!!!

This was a great place to plan a vacation. We had a family of 13 come down we had plenty of room, and there was plenty of things for the kids to do. We was the first family to come down in a RV we got surprised that we had to pay an additional fee. Mark and his team did a great job on getting half of our money back on that. It was a great experience.

Great Area for the parks. Very spacious and clean

Nice spot not far from Gemini Springs. The area is very walkable and the Airbnb was just as shown. The bedroom shares a wall with another unit but I never had any noise issues. Overall great place to stay!

We stayed seven nights over the New Year week. The suite was fairly large and my family of three children and wife had plenty of space. The kitchen and laundry facilities were perfect for what we were looking for. The resort has several well kept pools and other facilities (we barely used these.) Joel, the host, was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. The location of the resort was very convenient - it was about 10-15 minute drive to all major Universal and Disney theme parks. A grocery store is a 1 minute drive a away and several restaurants are located around the corner. The pictures also appropriately represented the unit. I would stay again.

You can’t beat this spot for families visiting Disney! After a long day at Magic Kingdom, realizing you’re only 10 minutes away—with a sleeping 3-year-old in tow—makes all the difference. We’ve stayed at World Quest multiple times over the past two years, and it’s always a peaceful escape from the Orlando crowds. Nathan was a fantastic host, quick to respond, and the unit was exactly as pictured. We loved the spacious two-bedroom layout, and the balcony view of the pool and lake was a nice bonus. While the unit is a bit dated, it’s well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Another great stay at this resort and we are lucky to have found Nathan's unit, I anticipate this won't be our last stay!

The place I originally booked had some issues and host accommodated and upgraded me to a bigger nicer place for the inconvenience . So nice. Amazing stay !!

what a great place to spend a 6 day vacation. The place was super clean, modern renovation, peaceful. and had everything you needed. So much to do there at resort and close to everything. Will 100% return there again.

Quick and easy drive to the Universal parks. The pools were a great place to unwind, and the area was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Our stay with Roy and Darko was absolutely great. The house was very clean, they were very responsive and had a complementary small breakfast that was unexpected, but a very nice detail. Would definitely stay with them again if back to Orlando.

Jay and Chris are wonderful people, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and assure you are taken care of from even before you arrive. We immediately felt at ease, and hit a new level of relaxation in our trip when we arrived to stay with them. Their home is both comfortable and artistic, a welcome break from bland hotels. Within just a few hours of arriving we were already plotting when our next visit may be. If that isn't enough, there is walkability to local markets, various lakes, and some very good restaurants if youre interested in these sorts of things. Our only regret was we didn't book a longer stay the first time through. We wont make that mistake again.

Debra and Roger are gracious hosts and wonderful cooks. This was our second stay with them. We've now stayed in both bedrooms - hard to choose which one we like better.

Staying with Christi and Tom was a similar feeling to staying over at your favorite aunt and uncles place. Comfy, restful and cozy and entirely perfect. This stay was absolutely wonderful and I am so wowed by the amazing care to detail on top of amazing food. Tom made a stupendously tasty breakfast and the both of them were so accommodating and enjoyable to get to sit down and eat with. Christi and Tom are both intelligent and interesting humans, combined they make everything so genial and so easy, the time flew by after eating. Learning the history behind the house itself and enjoying the breathtaking art inside and out added such an appealing environment for breakfast. The room was perfectly set up and impeccably maintained, there was so much thought and effort put into making it exceptional. It was so so so comfy and yet quite efficient. There is not another place you will find that will give your trip more sunshine and enjoyment. thanks kap&kappy b&b for having us!

Cathy and Meg made me and my friend feel right at home! Cathy is the sweetest and getting to know her and Meg was an absolute joy! I felt so comfortable there because of them! I will forever be thankful I had the opportunity to stay there!

I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for one night to celebrate the Fourth of July at nearby lake . The host Brantley was very friendly . He was there to greet me and allowed me check in early . He went out of his way by offering me a ride to the lake I was heading to ,which I greatly appreciated. I stayed in a room called the patriotic room that is American themed , it was very apropos considering I stayed on Independence Day . Brantley took my gluten allergy to heart and made me gluten free waffles for breakfast the next morning which I thought was very thoughtful . Overall it was a short one night stay but enjoyed myself
