We love this home because the location is FANTASTIC! It's under a mile to Sumter Landing (walking distance for us :)). Also, new floors, paint, etc! The living room furniture is extremely comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there is a tv in every room. (The second bedroom but needs your own Roku or Firestick!) There is a cart included which is the best way to see The Villages. We know you will love it here! Let us know if you have any questions.

Studio Apartment - Fort Brook Horse Farm

This is a small Thoroughbred horse farm where we breed the mares. We run at the racetrack or sell the horses. These mares are generally pregnant and are not ridden. Guest are welcome to pet the horses, who are very friendly. We usually have foal in the spring. Our farm is fairly close to plenty of fun outdoor activities, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking,zip lining, and horse back riding. We allow well behaved dogs that are leashed. There’s a fire pit, you might want to grab some wood.

Fantastic location only 2 minutes to Brownwood Square with nightly music from 6-10pm, shopping and dining. So close to the pool and pickleball courts you can walk from the screen porch! Comfy sofa with recliners for napping and watching TV. Fully equipped kitchen. I don't like to pay cleaning fees because I am a very considerate guest. I'm sure you are too........so I don't charge them! We have 2 Bicycles with Helmets. Golf cart can be available for additional fee.
