Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located in the high paterre of an old building and is about 50 sqm in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy seating area. The bedroom has a 160x200 large double bed. In the living room there is also a 90x190 bed next to the sofa. There are some cozy seating areas on the farm. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. There is a parking space for your car on the farm.

The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. Completely newly renovated and furnished apartment on the 1st floor. Equipped with a designer floor, box spring beds, shower, bathtub, satellite TV and an interior balcony are just a few highlights for a pleasant stay. Both the spa town of Bad Driburg (9 km) and the cathedral town of Paderborn (22 km), which are also accessible by public transport, invite you to further sights and shopping.

Suffelmühle

Spend your holiday in a 180 year old mill, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests. Visit this mystical place and slow down. They wake up in the morning and have a coffee at the Mühlenbach or on cool days in front of the fireproof fireplace. The mill with its ponds and surrounding nature invites you to stop. Hiking and biking trails start right at the entrance to the mill. Being faster in the countryside is hardly possible!

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
