The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The stylish apartment is located in an elaborately renovated quarry stone house with 4 residential units in the center of Borchen. The house is built in the shade of the historic fortress church surrounded by streams. The residential building is centrally located and therefore a good starting point for activities! The apartment is on the ground floor with access to the garden. The approx. 40 sqm apartment has two rooms, as well as a shower room. The apartment can be darkened via electric roller shutters.

You will stay in a house in a listed half-timbered ensemble from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with antiques, a cinema hall, and a gazebo with unobstructed views of the Teutoburg Forest. Complete kitchen, infrared sauna, cozy living room with oven and electric heating. Bedroom with clay walls, a second under the roof. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located in the high paterre of an old building and is about 50 sqm in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy seating area. The bedroom has a 160x200 large double bed. In the living room there is also a 90x190 bed next to the sofa. There are some cozy seating areas on the farm. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. There is a parking space for your car on the farm.

The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. Vacation home "Alte Schmiede"

Stay in the top floor of a historic brick house in the heart of Eissen, completely renovated in 2021. The village's former girls' school was used for years as a blacksmith and locksmith's shop. Feel the rustic flair even now, because the workshop on the ground floor is still active at times. Can be accessed separately via an external staircase, you can reach the spaciously designed apartment with an open concept. The living space is about 80 meters away.

Hello :-) The apartment is very centrally located, in 5 minutes you are walking in the city, there is a supermarket in 2 minutes walk and to train are sports field & tennis court 300m away. The beautiful Warburg forest swimming pool is about 600 m away, surrounded by a great forest where you can jog or walk, and that directly on our beautiful river of the Diemel. Warburg is an absolute recreational area :-) welcome!
