Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

The house is very charming and well preserved. Lovingly decorated with attention to detail. The room had a nice view of the garden. The area is green with many historic buildings and cafes. Jordan is very friendly. I look forward to coming back!

My partner and I stayed at Jessica's listing for our annual trip to NYC and absolutely loved the place! We love Bed-Stuy and almost always choose to stay in this neighborhood. Jessica left great recommendations for food and shopping in the area, had a cute little radio playing a local jazz station when we arrived, and made the apartment feel like a home away from home.

I would definitely recommend staying here. I was celebrating my birthday & Morlisa surprised me with a bottle of Rose☺️(I’m 24). If you want somewhere to stay that’s comfortable & less chaotic than staying in a hotel within Manhattan, this is the place. Close to the JFK airport too.

This Airbnb was wonderful! The space was clean and cozy. The place being on the ground floor made it accessible for my grandparents and their walker/wheelchair even fit through all the doors. Mel is an excellent host and sent helpful texts & a video to help us check in. I really appreciated the spot as a place for my out of town family to stay during my wedding. They loved it! Classic, classy parlor flat in a lovely (but not hyper-gentrified) brownstone neighborhood. Easy access to Brooklyn Botanical Garden, subway, and abundance of nearby eating/drinking options. Comfortable bed, great natural light, and great overall vibes. Hosts are welcoming and communicative.

Sigfus was such a kind and attentive host! He made everything super easy and accessible. The space was more than enough for what I needed: roomy, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. He was around if I ever needed help and always quick to respond. The location is great too, just a short walk to the L train which made getting around super convenient. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Donovon’s apartment was simply smashing. We discovered there are plenty of beautiful and unique places to visit in Brooklyn. Still lots left to visit next time. About ten minute walk to the closest subway. Thank you, Donovon, for all you do.

Yoel is AWESOME. And so is his place…if what you are looking for is a clean, cool, private basement room in/near Brooklyn’s Bushwick district. Ensuring that I arrived while it was still daylight so that I could get my bearings is the only thing I would’ve done differently. LOVE how close it is to the MTA! While staying I only had one request - I was low on coffee - and Yoel went out of his way. He did not only address the need. He gave me a unique experience in coffee tasting!

Stephen is an incredible host!!! We stayed for a concert nearby and felt right at home. He was very responsive and helpful to our messages, and was gracious and accommodating. His place was very clean, cozy, and inviting! We were happy to chat and meet him as well, and he even made us some almond butter stuffed dates as a little treat. The space had every amenity we could need and was in the perfect location to walk around and enjoy Greenpoint/Williamsburg. He is a shining example of when hosts add to the stay for a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you Stephen for your hospitality, we will be back!

Amazing spot in BedStuy! The apartment is on a lovely, quiet street that is very close to transportation. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay while visiting family. As I grew up in the area I know my way around, but easy to get around for anyone! The bay is a beautiful site when you walk up the block. There are many places to visit in walking distance as well as plenty of transportation choices withing walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well, with many different choices of food. Nice private quite apartment, I will be staying again in the Fall.

This BnB was awesome! My husband and I visited from out of state for an event and this place was in a perfect location. A short walk from Liberty State Park, it was exactly as described. The place itself was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. We would absolutely stay again! (:

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The ac was great after a hot and busy das in the city, it felt like coming home every evening. Thanks!

The view of the NYC skyline was exactly as promised in the pictures. Host was super responsive. The place was within walking distance to bus and ferry to NYC.

Great apartment in a nice area of Hoboken. We used this as a base for our trip to New York so did not spend much time at the place but the location is great, you are close to the station (10-15 minute walk) which takes you to Manhattan Midtown or the Financial District at World Trade Centre. The area in Hoboken is also very nice, you are nearby the Hoboken waterfront which offers great views of Manhattan and an opportunity to slow down from fast pace of Manhattan. Further you are next to Washington Street, which has lots of restaurants and bars, we particularly enjoyed starting the day with Bagels on the Hudson. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. AJ was always quick to respond for any questions we had. Overall, would recommend.
