Forest apartment Einöde

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Mal Zeit zu zweit oder mit der Familie, für Verliebte, Ruhebedürftige und Naturliebhaber …einfach mal abschalten…das kann man wunderbar in der Ferienwohnung auf unserer kleinen Hofstelle im malerischen Bayerischen Wald. Wandern oder Radfahren könnt ihr vom Hof aus. Das 3 km entfernte Konzell gehört zur Ferienregion St. Englmar, aber auch der Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald oder die Städte Straubing, Regensburg, Passau sind nicht weit.

The mountain hut was built using regional craftsmanship from local spruce trunks, in the Canadian log cabin style. The house is individually and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. Spa tax Adults (> 16 years) 2.30 EUR / day Children & young people (6 – 16 years) 1.40 / day People with a GDB of 80% or more and their accompanying person are exempt from the spa tax.

The apartment is located directly in front of the gates of the Bavarian Forest in a quiet location with a view of the beautiful nature. The short route to the surrounding adventure parks, such as the Edelwies, d'Rodelbahn St. Englmar and the TV-famous Waldwipfelweg, is simply beautiful. Directly from the house you can reach various bike and hiking trails as well as the beautiful Perlbachtal with its Kneipp pools and many possibilities to explore nature.

Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet place in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800m altitude into the Bavarian forest and Gäuboden. You can head out for beautiful hikes right from the property. Especially recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) as well as the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

Cozy AtelierHaus im Bayerische Wald

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.

The "Stoana-Hütt'n" offers everything your heart desires: a cozy living area, a fully equipped small kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, a small but fine bathroom and a fantastic sun terrace!

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
