The apartment consists of a bedroom (bed 1.40 m) and guest/children's room with pull-out bed up to 1.60 m, kitchen with dining area, bathroom and living room with large panoramic window and balcony, terrace and garden are in front of the house.

This wonderful place has its very own charm. The old shoemaker's house has been lovingly renovated and partially rebuilt. Externally, the listed building remained as it had been built in 1878. However, the interiors of the house are adapted to contemporary needs and decorated in a modern country house style. On the ground floor are the kitchen, parlor and modern bathroom. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.
