Designer kitchen and breakfast bar with through lounge/dining space, under floor heating and wood burning stove make this very cosy with all needs catered for. Two large en suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Ideal for walkers and cyclists as we abut the Downs Link bridleway/cycle track. Unsuitable for children under 10.

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but not for cooking.
