Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Winter Park

We stayed for a few days skiing and this place couldn’t have been more perfect! It’s in a great location to the mountains and coming back to your own hot tub was hard to beat. It’s also within walking distance of downtown Frisco which was perfect for nights out. Definitely recommend!!

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was indeed one of our favorites. It was very well stocked with kitchen items, spices,etc and large towels for the hot tub. We loved the layout of the house. Plenty of room to spread out. The location was nice for skiing at Winter Park even though it was a 25 min drive and we also enjoyed the hot springs 20 min away in the other direction. Evolve was very responsive and the owner was helpful resolving a rare issue we had. We will definitely return for a future stay. Susan and Pete

We had an AMAZING experience here! A group of us friends rented the home for a weekend while we attended a wedding and we loved the house. Amazing space and very peaceful. Great for big groups to stay in or even for use as a wedding venue!

This is a must stay home! The pictures of this property do not do justice to the snowy winter wonderland we experienced. My family and I were able to enjoy our private stay away from the city.

This is a beautiful house. Everything you need and some extra bonus things you didn't know you needed. Easy to access and not far from the lake. Plenty of privacy inside the house and a private location

The property was just as described and was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing and it was so nice to park a car in the garage. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Winter Park Fraser Crossing. Accommodations were clean and roomy. Easy walk to gondola for first runs. Easy walk home at the end of the day. Nice village for relaxing, drinks, snacks, food, even light groceries. Only 2 issues… 1/ The lock was unreliable and very difficult to use. All 4 of us tried multiple times to open it before it finally worked after a call with the host. 2/ The hot tub for Fraser Crossing was closed due to reconstruction. The listing didn’t specify this. We only learned about that at the last minute. The host did help us get access within walking distance to another hot tub.

The place was a 4 min walk to the gondola which is amazing. Ski locker was very convenient. Really nice hot tub/pool. Room does not have an oven but does have a range. Refrigerator was small . They won’t keep your luggage but the hotel across the street will hold it before you check in and after you check out which was a nice perk. They were also very responsive and helpful. We stayed with 3 people which was fine but the place is a bit small and maybe a bit tight with 4. Overall I would rec.

This place is very cozy. It looks like just a generic winter park Airbnb in the photos but actually it was really comfortable and had character. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and we got a quick response when we had a questions during our stay. It’s also just across the street from the clubhouse with the hot tub etc. If we go back to WP, I will look for this place again!

A great ski in/out location with easy access to the hot tub and sauna. Michelle was very proactive with her communication and even gave me an unexpected one night credit as the pass was closed due to a major snowstorm causing my check-in to be delayed by a day. The only constructive feedback would be to upgrade the pots and pans for those who like to cook.

The Condo was clean and conveniently located near the bus stop. It was a great place to relax, cook dinner and catch up with friends after a day of skiing.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and cozy. Loved the proximity to town and that we were able to park a trailer.

What a wonderful place to stay! The location of this rental allowed us to explore Winter Park, CO and surrounding mountain towns. The host prior to your arrival outlines the rules that should be followed during your stay, and also recommends a variety of restaurants and things to do in the area. One big plus about this listing is that it grants you access to the Rocky Mountain National Park ( about 37miles from the rental). I strongly recommend staying at this rental, and I hope to return again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Winter Park at Evolve's condo. The condo, decor, amenities, kitchen supplies were all exceptional. We were very impressed and pleased with the personal touches throughout the condo. It was so nice, we didn't want to leave! The proximity to the ski resort was excellent and close to everythning in town. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Winter Park. Brenda Bates
