Monthly Rentals in Winterhaven

Claudia place was amazing, as soon as you walk in it smells good and is clean . The private backyard is a bonus especially for late night star gazing . I stayed here for dental work in Mexico and it was an easy 15 min drive. I would definitely stay here again in the future . The stay was nice and cozy

Great place to stay looking forward to reserve again

Thanks for letting us check in an hour early. AC was great. One question was never answered and I noticed a drop in prices while I was in Yuma at other Airbnb’s. Hundreds in some cases.

Jason is a very friendly and responsive with any issues that may arise!! The location of property was a quick ride to shopping, restaurants, etc! Also easy walk to a grocery store or pharmacy if needed! Felt safe in the neighborhood ! The rental has a beautiful back yard setup to enjoy playing with your pet or just wanting to sit outside and enjoy the coffee in the morning or an evening sit to unwind! The house is cozy and they have done great work within the space provided to have the things available when away from your home!! Look forward to staying with Jason again when in the Yuma area!!
