Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, but it can also be used. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, accessible 10 meters across the courtyard (shared use until 10 pm).

On about 45 square meters, it is time to arrive, sit back and relax. You will stay in the heart of Rheinhessen in beautiful Harxheim - a pretty vineyard village at the gates of Mainz. The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

This stylish accommodation in the middle of Rheinhessen, near the Rhine in the wine-growing village of Gimbsheim, is a perfect place of rest and relaxation. At the same time, our vacation rental is perfect for activities in the area: cycling, swimming in the beautiful surrounding and walkable lakes, paddling with the SUP, golfing, vineyard hikes, etc. A sauna can be booked and rounds off your day wonderfully with a glass of wine. We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

Nierstein: At home among vineyards and the Rhine

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Your room with a spacious bathroom, spacious hallway and the possibility to prepare breakfast is located on the outskirts of Nierstein, directly next to the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.
