Holiday rentals with a patio in Winterthur District

Bernhard is a wonderful host, accommodative and helpful. He is prompt and proactive with his communication and gives guidelines and recommendations if you require. I will recommend his apartment. The only caveat is that his apartment is a bit away from the Zurich main city but it is very well connected by public transport.

Peaceful, quiet and private. A well equipped kitchen, and stylish, minimalist decor. Extra points for a balcony. Highly recommend

What a gem! Newly renovated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Walk to the next bus station (4’), walk to the main train station (10’) or walk to the next grocery store (6’) - in short everything is close by but the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The communication with the host was fast and easy. We highly recommend it.

Everything is tip-top! Location excellent, handover hassle-free, instructions went well - a great family and the apartment just awesome! We'd love to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Great location on the outskirts of town but within walking distance of the train stop, grocery, and restaurants. Kate was very friendly and responsive despite the large time shift from my home country. would definitely stay again!

The family apartment of Lisa and her family is extremely well located, child-friendly and wonderfully recommended for family holidays with smaller children. Lisa is very straightforward and helpful and friendly. It is very nice we could spend our autumn holidays in the apartment/surroundings. I can only recommend it from the bottom of my heart

I recently booked a room for my nephew, who needed a place quickly as a student, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Pa and Sadik were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. My nephew felt right at home, thanks to their warm hospitality. The room and the house were spotless, creating a perfect environment for him to study and relax. Everything was just as described, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. Overall, it was an absolutely great stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming accommodation!

Extraordinary location! Anja is an open, helpful and warm-hearted host who is very concerned for the well-being of her guests. The communication with Anja is impeccable and reliable. The property is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is integrated into a quiet household surrounded by nature. The accommodation is the attic apartment, which is accessible through a shared house entrance. The furnishings are modern and offer everything you need, incl. Minibar & fridge. Discretion is guaranteed. The layout is successful and offers a relaxing atmosphere with a spacious terrace as well as many windows and light. The accommodation matches the listing and corresponds to a top value for money. Bath and bedrooms are connected to each other in open-plan living style. Bus/train can be reached in about 10/25 minutes. A top accommodation in the Winerthur/Zurich area. To recommend!

Peaceful location, nicely renovated house, nice hostess

Very peaceful and beautiful place and area to stay while we traveled to nearby Zurich and other towns. Especially love the sound of the nearby creek at night. Due to last minute travel and flight changes had to leave a day early but would have loved to stay all week. Highly recommended

The apartment was very spacious, well equipped, clean and very close to the airport. The bus stop to the airport was a five minute ride and the actual stop was only 800 feet from the apartment. The host was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. It was great to be able to do some laundry before we flew home. There were several grocery stores very close to the apartment along with bakeries. I would definitely recommend staying apartment.

Jana is a friendly host. Very helpful and outgoing. We felt at ease. The apartment is very clean and spacious. We were allowed to use the sauna for a small fee. Highly recommendable.

After 7 weeks in Europe, Malonda made our last day a very comfortable and functional departure lodging for a quick drive to ZRH!! She is a great host!! It was one of the best equipped lodgings during our whole time.

B&B worked very well for us, including our little dog, who could walk around the apartment in the scluded garden. There is a sense of esthetic and harmony with this place that we v. Much enjoyed. It was also relatively cool during hot days. Thank you to Karin for our home away from home!

Our family enjoyed our stay as it was very comfortable and clean, and felt like home. Only minor issue to be aware is that they don't have air conditioning but the host provided fans for us. Location was great - close to train stations, grocery stores and some restaurants. Even though it was close to the airport, we were not bothered by any flight noise. The kitchen was fully equipped to allow us to cook some meals. Would highly recommend!

This was a charming, clean and comfortable place that was in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the airport. There were thoughtful little touches around the apartment that were very welcoming. The host was quite helpful with directions and recommendations. He even helped us arrange transportation to the airport which was a relief. I highly recommend this place if you are taking a flight out from the Zurich airport.
