🌿Treehouse with hot tub/sauna – tranquility & nature🌿 Experience a special break in our lovingly designed tree house in Garneck. In a quiet location, surrounded by greenery, a retreat awaits you far from the noise and hustle and bustle – with a sweeping view of nature and, on a clear day, all the way to the Chiemgau Alps. Here you won't hear anything except the chirping of birds and the gentle mooing of our Galloway cattle. Perfect for unwinding, taking a deep breath, and leaving everyday life behind.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
