Settle into a quaint farmhouse nestled in a valley in the rolling, forested hills of the Driftless Region. Start your day with a cup of local coffee on the front porch. Go on a long walk or bike ride, then return to the cottage to cook, play board games, listen the record collection or visit Viroqua (25 minutes) for a farm-to-table 5-star dinner, or check out local music. Build a warm fire outdoors/ warm up by the gas stove indoors, or go down to the stream for a sauna by the cool water creek.

Our property on Little Gillett Lake is a special place. The cottage is new, but exudes the charm and character of classic Northwoods Americana. The clear, beautiful lake allows access to Big Gillett Lake and a tributary of the Oconto River by paddle. The Nicolet National Forest offers trails while nearby larger lakes provide beaches and access for motor boats. Swim, paddle, fish, snowshoe, ATV, snowmobile, hike, eat, chill... come enjoy some worry free relaxation or step away for an adventure!

Tucked away in the woods, and steps away from the national forest, this tiny home offers the tranquility you need to completely decompress. The Sasquatch hideaway offers you direct access to the ATV trail, a 600ft walk to the crystal clear waters of Paya lake. New for 2025 is a Wood fired barrel sauna for to decompress. The main offers a queen sized bed and the guest room offers a Full/Twin Loft bed, as well as a twin Murphy bed. There is also a massive sectional couch as a sleeping option.

Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. The house has a lot of room and filled with activities. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and a gorgeous living room. The basement contains a bar area with a pool table, Foosball table, ping pong table, sauna and an outdoor hot tub. A bonfire area is located in the back of the house, burning wood included.
