Cabin holiday rentals in Wister Lake

This little hidden gem makes for the perfect getaway weekend. it's so quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Hearing the sounds of the rushing water through the creek right off the front porch was very nice. the horses were beautiful, This place is definitely on my list for a return visit.

It was super fun! My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend to get away from Dallas. We went to the casino that’s like 20-30 minutes away, some super cute restaurants with live music and the local coffee shop. The community is friendly and the weather was great! Only thing is beware at random intervals there’s a sprinkler that goes off and shoots the trees and it was horrifying in the middle of the night lol. No bears or animals just a sprinkler if your out long you’ll see it.

My husband and I stayed for one night, but we agreed that we would absolutely be back and would stay up to a week. The cabin was beautiful and in a perfect location for anyone who would like to see the Talimena state Park. The busy road was quite worrisome for noise, but once we got inside we really couldn't hear anything. It was the best getaway for my husband and I after having our second child. Anyone who enjoys peace and quiet and nature will absolutely love it here! Junie was very quick when I messaged her about anything. It said her average response time was three hours, but I was hearing back before that average time. The hot tub was absolutely perfect for when it got chilly at night time. we can't wait to book our next stay here ❤️

It was just as beautiful in person as online. Perfect place to unwind.

Cathy was an amazing host! She was quick to answer questions and give recommendations or important info. We had the most peaceful honeymoon at the Lofted Pine and it was perfect!

We absolutely loved our time at your cabin. Beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Very well stocked. The river added fun for the kiddos and was so relaxing to listen to while in the hot tub. A short drive over the mountain and there is horseback riding. Drive a few extra miles into Broken Bow for great restaurants, the lake, and fun activities.

The cabin and was amazing. We did a lot of fishing on the first day and explore nearby hiking trails on the second day. We cooled breakfast every morning and grilled Avery night. It was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Pines! The cabin was warm and welcoming, it is well docked with everything you could need for your stay. I’m fairly particular about where we choose to stay and I would absolutely recommend Jody’s place with no hesitations. We hope to stay again if we’re back in the area!

Great little spot! Loved how peaceful and relaxing my stay was. Blue escorted me all the way back to the cabin and kept me company for multiple hours before going to bed. Well worth it if you’re in the area and looking for a getaway!

Sharon was very responsive about any questions. This place is very secluded and quiet. Cabin was just as described. Was just outside of town if you needed anything. It was a little bit of a ride to get WPG.

We loved our stay in Maricelie’s home! The cabin had everything we needed and was clean. Loved the dvd selections. The outdoor space was beautiful and peaceful. The kids found plenty to do inside and outside. We particularly loved the front porch swing! I’d recommend ensuring you know your surroundings or save offline maps prior to arriving as we had to go up the hill per instructions in order to get gps haha but seriously, not having internet was quite nice!! We went for the fall colors but ended up shrouded in heavy mist & rain but it wasn’t so bad since we all enjoyed the cabin so much!! Loved the local recommendations for food. Didn’t get to go to the southern belle but the kids loved breakfast at maamaw B’s!!

The cabin is exactly like thevouctures shown and as described. It’s so quiet and peaceful and the firepit is awesome! The cabin is clean, cute and cozy. Melissa was very helpful and offered assistance if we needed it! We had a great stay and plan to go back again soon!

Such a cozy cabin in a peaceful surrounding! Location was great for the many things we wanted to go see and enjoy. Was great to relax and just enjoy some time with each other. Lindsay is a perfect host with attention to micro-details to make the stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible, She is extremely responsive and is always just a text away for anything you need. She has transformed the farm house a ‘little piece heaven on earth’. We intended to unwind, relax in a peaceful setting and this place was perfect for it. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a peaceful recharging retreat.

great, quite stay! conveniently located little ways north of broken bow right off 259. gorgeous swimming and fishing hole right in the backyard! ice cold a/c in the cabin! Janet was so sweet and friendly. thank you for allowing us to stay!

The cabin was wonderful. They give good directions to the cabin location, though it can be a bit hard to spot the first time. The path off the the road is a little rough for shorter vehicles, but not too bad. The cabin has a great view of the valley and lake below and is private away from the other homes near it. Close to lots of camping, hiking and swimming. We were able to do the Talimena Drive and still get back to the cabin with plenty of time to do other activates.

Such a great place! Very peaceful and relaxing with the sound of the river. Overall great amenities and very clean. Would definitely come back.

The house was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. It was a beautiful house to stay in while we visited family in the area. We loved the large lake and surrounding town which was only a half hour away. (Broken Bow )Will definitely stay there again when we visit oklahoma.

We spent our anniversary this year here. It is a very beautiful and peaceful place! The hosts were the best! They are very helpful and easily accessible! We felt very welcome and right at home! Thank you for having us Erich and Chris!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was EXTREMELY clean, well stocked and very inviting. The river was very low so we did not get to enjoy the waterfall, kayaks or the flowing sound of the river. The grounds were immaculately manicured, which made it so pleasant to be outside. They even had firewood for us to use. Thank you for taking such great care of your property and we can’t wait to return to see the river in its true glory.
