Cottage holiday rentals in Witney

Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

Jenna was so friendly and always on hand if needed. The annex was beautiful. The bed was really comfy and we took advantage of the hot tub which was so relaxing. I had some family visit and they thought it was beautiful and will stay when they come down to visit again. Had some lovely meals in the village pub

Gemma’s place was idyllic. Very clean, in a beautiful part of the country, close to pubs and amenities, easy to find and honestly it was such a gorgeous place to spend a weekend in. Hot tub is amazing! Thanks Gemma

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely comfortable period property with an excellent location. We also booked to use the hot tub and made the most of our bit of luxury in a beautiful garden. Tori, is a great host, very warm, friendly with great communication. Bibury is well worth a visit and lovely to stay in. Highly recommend.

My stay at the Shooting Lodge was just what I needed for a peaceful, stress free getaway. Beautiful location, fantastic hosts and my pup Jessie loved her stay too. Would highly recommend for any of those career women out there who just need a weekend of peace and tranquility. The lodge was better than described, high quality and a home from home. The location is wonderful with lots of nice walks. I would definitely stay again alone or with friends. Thank you Anthony & Julia for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage in the Costwolds. Outstanding location, we walked into town , pubs , the palace and the Harry Potter tree! Beautifully decorated home and Amy even left a gift pack for us with milk, wine, chips and treats! Would recommend to everyone and will definitely stay again! Five stars!!!

Caroline and Peter are lovely hosts and the home baked bread, Victoria sponge and tea supplies were very much appreciated. The house is very comfortable and we loved enjoying tea and cake in the private garden. We’ll be back 🙂

Had a great stay here and everything was perfect. We managed to try the only local pub and the food and beer was excellent and value for money. The Indian restaurant was better than and from my local area in Stockport. The location is great for Oxford and we did a day trip to the Diddly Squat Farm. Tracey is a great host and we would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Absolute gem of a place in the Cotswolds. Stunning cottage and beautifully maintained which was perfect for our family of five. Victoria was amazing throughout the process and made several extra touches to toast a birthday occasion perfectly. We will 100% be back

Charming cottage in a beautiful setting. Had all of the comforts of home. Nick provided lots of helpful information well ahead of our arrival. The few local pubs do book up so we very much appreciated Nicks guidance on this. We had a wonderful dinner at one of the recommended pubs. Would definitely stay at Buttercup Cottage again.

We had such a lovely stay at the Little Cottage in Chipping Norton. This was our first time in the Cotswolds and I am happy we chose this accommodation. This beautiful cottage looks even better in person. The rustic aesthetic makes every room feel so cosy and warm, the owners have really made an effort to give this cottage the countryside charm. Overall, the cottage was very clean and it had all the amenities listed in the description, the Cowshed hand wash and cream has a gorgeous smell. The idyllic location is not a far driving distance from the village Chipping Norton and there is on street parking outside the cottage. Thank you Will & Amy for letting us stay!

We had a lovely 2 nights stay! The property was so lovely, very quiet location. The owners are so kind and friendly! The dogs were also friendly. There wasn’t much around so we did have to drive but only about 10 minutes or so to find somewhere to eat! We both throughly enjoyed our stay.

Three of us stayed at Tudor Cottage over the last weekend, and we could t have been happier. The property gave an immediate sense of cosiness and we felt right at home. The beds were huge and very comfortable, as well as the bathroom being quirky and pristine! The whole place oozed character, which only heightened our Cotswold experience. The Garden was cute and perfect for our dog to have a little run around in. Our stay couldn’t have been better, thank you to Jody for letting us stay in your beautiful home and being on hand if we needed throughout! Will recommend!

If Amber Cottage is available for your dates do not hesitate and book quickly you will not regret it. Nicala and Steve are exceptional hosts and their adorable cottage is just perfect, from location to the cottage itself everything is 5 star. The walk into the centre of Stow on the Wold is less than 5 minutes if you don’t get distracted. The cottage is very easy to find with the hosts very clear instructions and photos. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean and so comfortable not to mention quiet and private. Perfect base to discover the beautiful Cotswolds and these Australians really hope to come back one day. Staying at Apple Tree Cottage was delightful.. the main bedroom which was the one we slept in was super comfortable, black out Roman blinds at all windows in the bedroom which was great. The shower was also great, to be honest, comfort and a great shower is all that’s needed for a BNB. Would definitely recommend to other guests. Ruth was on site, she was really helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely two nights at Alison’s cottage. Just the relaxing break we needed. We loved sitting outside in the evening watching the bats and keeping warm with the fire pit.

We had a brilliant weekend break, staying here whilst attending the Motogp. A lovely cottage just 25ish mins from Silverstone, we just wish we had more time to enioy the pool and garden! Would love to come back :)

Barry was a wonderful host. Her cottage is absolutely lovely is a very quiet village. The cottage itself feels like new inside even though the decor has keep all the feel of the original cottage. The perfect get-away location and great for visiting the local area....especially Blenheim Palace!

This place is beautifull. It’s Really like the pictures. I have to say it was deeper in the land that I thought but it’s 10 minutes from a beautifull town. For me it was perfect. It’s very calm, there’s dogs, horses, Pamela is very amazing. She answered quickly for restaurant recommandations. I would have like to stay longer to talk to Pamela longer cause they were so friendly. Recommend for a calm getaway from town.

Mason's cottage was a gem. Beautiful garden and surroundings. The owners who lived next door were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The cottage was clean, tastefully styled and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The welcome pack was informative and easy to follow. The owners had left pastries, granary rolls, eggs, milk, yoghurts, strawberries and milk- perfect for a lazy breakfast. We will definitely go back. A truly restorative break. Thank you.

My mother and I were visiting to celebrate her retirement and were so happy we stayed at Rose End Cottage! The space was super clean and adorable completed with the sweet smelling roses climbing up the front wall! I appreciated all of the clear instructions and the helpful materials in the cottage (eg local recommendations). We had a wonderful visit!
