Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

Alternatively hop in the car and drive to Legoland in around 5 minutes or Ascot Racecourse in just over 10.

Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom accessed off the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£25 fee payable).
