My husband has told me several times what a great place I rented! Very peaceful, clean, loved the hot tub, the river was just up the drive. The king size bed was amazing! So comfortable, actually the most comfortable of all rentals we have stayed in. Our only issue is that the dryer does not dry clothes very well. One pair of jeans took 3 times to dry and other small loads was 3 times to dry. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and will return!

Peaceful stay near the river. For the price, I thought this was absolutely worth it. If you’re okay with a cabin that does need a little loving, this is for you! I read reviews that the upkeep could use work and while that’s true, there was nothing that interfered with our stay and we enjoyed the space very much and would stay again.

Quaint wooden cabin, very well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the space. Hostess was very helpful. Doesn't have wi-fi or TV, which is nice to be able to enjoy the space and nature. Does have cell coverage. It is a few miles out of Pagosa Springs and in a neighborhood with dirt/gravel roads. Overall this was a great little place, would stay here again.

My friends and I had the best stay at Sarah’s cabin. There were plenty of comfortable beds, the view was so beautiful and serene, the fire pit on the porch was perfect. We ended up spending the majority of time on the porch, both in the evenings and in the mornings, but the cabin itself is adorable and cozy! Would absolutely stay again!

Such a great house in a beautiful place! We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect. The house is amazing and the surroundings are gorgeous. The outdoor area, hot tub, ping pong, games, and kitchen make it the perfect place if you want to stay and hang out, but it is also super close to Pagosa, so there's plenty to do. We'll definitely stay here again!
