The restroom and kitchen could be minimally used by us or the office tenants during the normal working hours on weekdays, but generally is 98% yours.

There is plenty of room for ATV parking, and you can go directly to many trails without having to tow or trailer!

The location is special because you can walk out the door, go down a small hill and then you will be on a trail which leads into the Martinez Creek trail.
