Situated on a working farm a mile from the town of Selkirk makes Highfield an ideal base to explore. Highfield commands an elevated position giving panoramic views of Selkirk and the surrounding hills. Situated on The Borders Abbey Way there is easy access to excellent walking and cycling routes. For the more adventurous we are a short drive to great mountain biking routes at Innerleithen and Peebles. Melrose & Tweedbank railway station is a 10 min drive, Edinburgh is just under an hour away.

The Summerhouse is a newly renovated cottage on a Scottish Borders estate, combining traditional rural charm with twenty-first century luxury. It has an idyllic lakeside location and offers total peace and tranquillity. Everything is provided for your comfort, from crisp linen and super-comfy beds, luxury bathrooms, a contemporary fitted kitchen, wifi and effective heating in every room. Our changeover days are Monday and Friday only. We offer a generous 35% discount for full week bookings.

The studio flat is a cosy, fully equipped ground floor flat in the heart of the picturesque town of Melrose. Completely refurbished this year, it has been upgraded to a high standard ready for guests to enjoy. It has a bathroom with a standup shower, king size bed and an open plan seating area/kitchen. Equipped with Wifi, a wireless phone charger and a Smart TV, the flat is a perfect spot to enjoy Melrose even on a rainy day. We are also dog friendly, so enjoy the hills with your fur pals!

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

This unique thatched cottage in the scenic village of Denholm has charm and character throughout, the perfect countryside escape (imagine "The Holiday" Christmas movie vibes). The village has everything you need; butchers, pub, Italian restaurant, cafe and a small shop. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walking routes, cycling, golf & fishing. Then come home to cozy up infront of the stove with a board game or a movie.
