Sam’s place was perfect for me. Quiet and accessible to many of the things that I was in town for. Sam communicated proactively and checked in to ensure all went well after my arrival. I would recommend Sam’s place if you’re in the area and need a great home base that is also a good value.

Jeremy was quick to respond with any needs or questions I had. The place was clean and had plenty of supplies. I will definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Stayed for one month on work travel and the place was perfect. Had everything I needed and hosts were incredible! Walkable to a restaurant and bar convenient coffee shops short drive and grocery stores as well. Great stay.
