Built in 2024, the Shenandoah Cottage at Mattaponi Springs sits above the wedding venue and just next door to the golf course. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common area has a pullout sofa for extra guests, a full kitchen, and dining table. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, this is your refuge from the workweek. Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. A 1,000 square foot furnished basement apartment with private entrance, laundry room, full kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, living room and plenty of closet space. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting outside on the patio. The apartment is adjacent to our pool which guests are welcome to use. Apartment has full size bed, a rollaway twin size bed and a pack and play. Apartment is close to Stafford Hospital and VRE.
