Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Vanuit de vakantiewoning zie je iedere ochtend hoe de zon het landschap verovert en 's avonds ervaar je het geluid van de stilte in combinatie met een mooi zicht op de sterrenhemel. De vakantiewoning bevindt zich te midden van Winterswijk, Eibergen, Groenlo en Vreden (DL). In de omgeving bossen en vele wandel- en fietspaden. Recreatie: Het pas geopende pretpark Bommelwereld ligt op 8 minuten rijden (7 km). De Leemputten en het Hilgelo nabij.

Maja's Hideaway, deep in private fairytale woods

Maja's Hideaway is set deep in our large private forest. Handmade out of many reclaimed materials by Jaap, and personally designed to blend into the glorious high trees by Lucinda, with 10.5m metres of glass so you can watch the animals pass by from the sofa. The terrace is a morning sun trap for a great yoga and meditation session followed by breakfast to the birdsong chorus. Perfect for a couple (plus baby in cot) or 2 friends. Cozy tiny (12m2) romantic cottage (private entrance and parking space) in the outskirts of Winterswijk-Corle, close to beautiful hiking/biking/riding trails and located on the grounds of a monumental farmhouse. Equipped with all comforts but "basic" in style. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, and for 1 or more days/weeks for rent. Particularly suitable for people who love peace, nature and are adventurous. The owls tower

The owls tower staat aan de bosrand en is een heel spannend ontwerp met een prachtig uitzicht over het Achterhoekse landschap. De drie verdiepingen tellende toren staat half in het bos waardoor je, als je boven bent, tussen de boomtoppen zit. De vogels zitten praktisch binnen (insecten sowieso ;). Wij willen je uiteraard graag informeren wanneer je bijvoorbeeld bang bent voor insecten hoeveel er zijn of wat je kunt verwachten. Maar vergelijk het met camperen.

(M)EINraum cozy one-room apartment

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Guesthouse de Grenspeddelaar

Right across the border from Woold-Barlo is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of it is a shop and gas station, which is where it all started. Meanwhile, the gas station is unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guest house. The Grenspeddelaar is located in a special place: there is sometimes commotion, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, holidaymaker or passerby is welcome!
