Nice two-room apartment (45m²) with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. In summer cozy courtyard (sun/shade), 250m to the bus stop (20min. to Regensburg). Our place is close to the Donaustauf Castle, the Valhalla and not far from the beautiful Regensburg World Heritage Site. The apartment is suitable for friends, couples, families with children, business travellers, cyclists, solo travellers... actually for everyone. Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location at the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. We provide peace, beautiful nature, warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. We also offer sauna and med for an additional cost. Massages. To ensure tranquility, we only take 2 guests per apartment.
