Holiday rentals with breakfast in Wyberton

This was our third stay with Tracey and as usual everything was clean and comfortable. Ideal location for us with having family in the area. Thanks Tracey for accommodating our extended stay due to a family emergency. Hope to see you next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

Sara’s property was a lovely cottage-feel home away from home. I visited over Christmas when seeing friends and family locally and it was a perfect place to stay as was only a couple of minutes drive from them. Location was peaceful and quiet, but still set in and around multiple other homes which was comforting. The property was very clean, comfy bed, and well lit at night. Sara also left some lovely homemade mince-pies in the kitchen! 10/10 would definitely book for Christmas again 🎄

A little gem of a place, tucked away from the main road & very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Newark. Suzanne is a great host, very welcoming & friendly who is always on hand if needed. A good supply of provisions were waiting for us upon arrival including milk, bread cereals & crossiants. We would not hesitate to stay here again when next in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karen and Coll's beautiful Airbnb, and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience. From the very moment I arrived, Karen and Coll were the epitome of welcoming and helpful hosts. Their warmth and hospitality added a special touch to my stay, making it truly memorable. The property itself is a serene oasis, offering a perfect blend of peace and harmony. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a cozy place to unwind, this spot is just fantastic. The surroundings are tranquil, and the ambiance is incredibly soothing. Karen and Coll went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests are evident in every aspect of their Airbnb. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and harmonious getaway.

Very convenient for our visit, felt like a safe and secure location. The property was quiet, clean and had wonderful country views. Two lovely bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen gives you all that you need.

Immaculate property, extremely clean and fresh throughout. Quality sofas, bed, brand new carpets throughout high end furnishing, towels etc. personally for us would have preferred the key left in lock box, felt strange knowing owner on site, meant we didn’t feel as relaxed. The rule of not eating at all in lounge a huge problem for us, as never experienced this. A dining table in lounge would have been a great idea. I felt this made us naughty even to eat a snack was wrong in the lounge. Didn’t feel like a home comfort, made us feel on edge. Pillows soft feather, extreme high quality but sadly gave us both neck ache. Bedding & towels smelt divine! Breakfast included on listing was a little vague so didn’t know what it entailed fully. We received 2x pastry on arrival, small 1/2 loaf sourdough, cereal, butter & jam portions, tea, coffee and milk. I wasn’t sure if more pastries would be arrive each morning as we stayed 3 nights, but didn’t. Enjoyed stay overall. Thanks. Beautiful home!

Carole and Michael are delightful hosts. When I arrived they were welcoming and helpful. The rooms are in immaculate order in a peaceful and tranquil part of Peterborough. Highly recommended.

Our stay was first rate, and we would happily stay again. We initially wanted to stay for one night and then extended this to 2 and Alison was flexible and responsive. The studio was cosy but also cosy and fresh. The shower was pleasant and the breakfast items were a very nice touch. The location is excellent and having parking so centrally is a real plus …thank you very much Alison.

Staying with Ian was effortless, very responsive to messages, central location to the surrounding areas, right next to a pub, and cooks a great breakfast!

What a lovely host. We were made to feel right at home. Spotlessly clean. Great shower, comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Good local knowledge will accurate advice and recommendations. 25 mins walk to town, castle and cathedral. Hope to see you again soon.

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

John, Chris & their family were very hospitable & made us feel very welcome. John was eager to help with local recommendations & quick to send links for options. Unusually for an Airbnb property, they also laid out a lovely & healthy continental style breakfast, which set us up for the day. Nothing was too much trouble & we’d definitely recommend No.26 to our friends & stay ourselves again.

I had a brilliant experience staying with Sara. The room is lovely and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. I hope to stay here again if I visit King's Lynn in the future.
