Car not essential if not plan explore nearest villages. Very usefull villa in good location, with extra kitchen outside ,extra toilet outside, extra shower outside, it's allow to keep inside villa clean as much as it possible. Parking bit tricky under canopy but nothing wrong with it. Many thanks to owners for welcoming.

The house was better than in the photos, we were welcomed very well and the place is really exceptional, the landscape very pleasant and we were 100 meters from the beach . For athletes, hikers or just to enjoy the sea view, there are more than 20 km of slopes that cross the beaches and all within reach of you. I recommend it 200%

Our stay was very pleasant. Silvia and her husband greeted us upon arrival with us all the instructions and things to do there. We were surprised with two Easter monkeys for my girls and a burnt bread that was delicious!!! Hosts out of ten! We felt at home and it made us a wonderful climate. The house is in a beautiful area, close to the sea and in the mountains. Ideal to spend a few days as a family and enjoy Moraira. Thank you Silvia!!!

Fabulous villa in very quiet area, perfect for our holiday. Maria was an excellent friendly host and very proactive at all times in her contact with us. The villa was spotless and the photos didn't do it justice, the kitchen was really great to eat and cook in. The bathrooms were lovely too and the downstairs shower was so nice and spacious. Wonderful large pool which was very clean and well maintained. All in all one of the best airbnb properties we have stayed in and would love to return if we are in that area again.

The villa is beautiful, modern and completely faithful to what the photos show. It is located in a quiet area, but very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which makes it very comfortable to move around without the need for long journeys. The house was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Special mention to the pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. In addition, they welcomed us with a nice welcome basket, a detail that we greatly appreciated. Definitely an excellent experience. We will repeat for sure. Highly recommended!

We fell in love with the villa as a family with two small children right away, everything was very clean and neatly modern kitchen with a lot of dishes, you felt right at home and we were also provided with plenty of towels. In addition, we were also allowed to use the whole beach stuff, we don't need to speak at all warmly and totally nice. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor barbecue, we will definitely come back no question. The villa was perfectly not far from the center and the mall yet in a very clean and peaceful neighborhood.

Great place, friendly hosts, the pool is fantastic, the views of the mountains are fantastic from the top terrace. It has many different ambience us to hang out enough. The beds are comfortable people need. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning works well. Overall a great place to stay.

The house is fantastic, the pool and play area for the kids in the garden are perfect for the little ones, the house is very comfortable and with very nice sea views. It has many different living areas and all of them very well cared for. The owners were very friendly and communicative. We were very comfortable. It is a 100% recommended accommodation.

Very spacious house and with many amenities, air conditioning, TV in the rooms, washing machine, dryer,... Large swimming pool and fantastic Jacuzzi. This is a great house for large families.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house in Calp! The location is perfect, with stunning views of the sea and the surrounding tranquility. The house is spacious and clean. The garden, terrace and private pool are real havens of peace where we were able to fully relax. The house is well-equipped and the warm welcome from the hosts made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home for a relaxing holiday under the Costa Blanca sun. We'll be back without hesitation!

We had a very nice time at Manuel's house. Perfectly conditioned and with everything you need. That's exactly what we were looking for. We are very grateful for the facilities. Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's house. It's big enough for 12 people with spaces for each . The landscape and the outdoor kitchen are a real plus. However, we regret the lack of black-out shutters in the upper bedroom as well as air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. Maria is a pleasant and very responsive host.

Such a modern and spacious place, with THE BEST views in the area. Perfect for a couple (like us) or a group. Literally the only thing which could be an issue is the distance to the nearest bar/beach/shop so would recommend a car. Very quick responses and couldn’t fault the villa as a whole. 100% would book this villa again!

Our days staying at this villa were fantastic!! Take care of every corner of the house, impeccable cleanliness and order and a spectacular terrace. I would repeat this stay without any hesitation.

We are 2 large families that always come together on vacation, this house is perfect because it has 2 accommodations within the same house that are independent, each with its own kitchen, bathroom and rooms. The location is fantastic as you are right on the beach next to the pedestrian promenade. The kitchen has all the basics, the oven and dishwasher would be missing, but for a short stagnation is enough. Close to the area we only saw a small supermarket and few restaurants, with quite high prices to go out with the whole family. The kitchen saved us. We will repeat!

The accommodation is very good, a little far from Alicante and San Juan if you are going to party and take the car since you have to take the road!! Otherwise everything is great, a very quiet area and the house is very well equipped.

The house is very well equipped with everything you could need. It's comfortable, clean... Arrival was easy because Javier stayed with us and guided us with his car there, if not, at night and in the narrow streets of the area it was easy to get lost. There is a closed curve that can make it difficult to access the plot with a large car, but at least at this time of the year, there was always room on the main street. The location is outstanding, just behind the beach dune. Both on arrival and departure they were very flexible and understanding. Very prompt and friendly communication with them. We would love to come back.

A great place to switch off ..the sea wakes you up in the morning and lets you sleep better at night.. the house is exactly as you see it in the pictures..Gabriel gets in touch quickly and reliably..we would come back anytime..
