Het appartement beschikt over een keuken/ living, badkamer, separaat toilet, en twee ruime slaapkamers voorzien van airconditioning. Parkeren kunt u voor de deur, bij u eigen opgang. Midden in een recreatie gebied, aan de rand van de Veluwe. Wandelen, fietsen, varen, diverse plaatsen (Arnhem, Doesburg) tevens diverse musea en o.a. burgers zoo binnen tien minuten bereikbaar. Diverse horeca binnen handbereik.

Ferienhaus am See

Der See liegt in Emmerich- Elten, direkt an der holländischen Grenze und ist gut über die A3 zu erreichen. Zwei Ferienhäuser aus Holz laden zum Entspannen vom Alltagsstress ein. Ausgestattet mit Einbauküche, Wohnraum mit Polstermöbeln und SAT-TV, mehreren Schlafmöglichkeiten, DU/WC, Terrasse mit Blick auf den See, Grill und Steg kann man wunderbar entspannen und baden. Die Ferienhäuser können einzeln oder auch gemeinsam gemietet werden. Die Nutzung des Saunagartens kann vor Ort gebucht werden.

Kom genieten op deze fijne en unieke plek. Een volledig huis. Een ruime tuin om te spelen en te genieten van de rust. Alleen, met z’n tweeën, het gezin, familie, vrienden; hartstikke welkom. Maak prachtige fiets- en wandeltochten in de uiterwaarden. Dichtbij de gezelligheid van Nijmegen, winkelen en uiteten op 15 minuten fietsen (2 fietsen beschikbaar). Het huis heeft een slaapverdieping voor 5 personen, er kan nog een kinderbed worden bijgezet. Er is een badkamer, keuken en ruime eettafel.

Riant huis, veranda, grote tuin, natuur en water

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt uitzicht op het water. Met maar liefst vijf terrassen, waaronder twee sfeervolle veranda's waarvan één met een houtkachel, is er altijd een plekje om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!

This accommodation is located directly on the lake. Stylishly furnished. Up to 8 people. Main tenant/ in over the age of 25 can relax here and enjoy the view of the lake. Large living room with dining area and open kitchen with a breakfast bar. The bathroom has a shower and a large whirlpool. Terrace with gas grill, sun loungers, seats 6. 4 bicycles Bedroom: EG 1 room OG: 2 rooms plus sofa bed in the anteroom Stairs are steep but child safety locks on site No rentals to companies!!

Look at the stars from your own terrace, light a bonfire, drink a glass of wine... ENJOY! The lake and forest is just a short walk away, and the area is great for hiking, biking, swimming and relaxing. Just check out the pictures :D. In summertime we rent the house per week.

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.
