(approx. 200 m) The apartment is on the 1st floor and is not barrier-free. Tourist tax included Smoking is not permitted. Fresh rolls are available in the morning right next door at the bakery cart. Restaurant and snack bar at Wardt harbor within walking distance. The apartment has been completed since August 2021. Garage for sports equipment is possible on request.

Welcome to our "Kleiner Marstall" vacation apartment - located within the historic city walls of Xanten. In the former horse stable of the late Baroque judge's house, you will find a successful mixture of stylish antiques and modern comfort (box spring bed, underfloor heating, rain shower, etc.) on 40 square meters. Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.
