The accommodation is in a beautiful quiet place and allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is very nice, clean and everything you need is available. From towels, coffee machine to the great terrace with grill. The communication was uncomplicated and the host was easily accessible! We'd love to come back!

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. The stay is picture perfect, with a great view of the old town. It even has a cute little balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The apartment itself is really nice and cozy, and has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this place to couples, siblings or solo travellers.

The accommodation is absolutely lovingly furnished and very clean. I have never had such a well-equipped accommodation, it really has everything you could wish for. Beatrix was extremely accommodating, gave us valuable tips, and brought out a few extra toys, as it unfortunately rained a lot. The location is great for exploring the Lower Rhine. The children also liked to spend time at the window, and watch animals (deer, falcons, geese, woodpeckers, etc.). We fully recommend the place.

The apartment is perfect for two adults and two children and we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back if we are in the area again.

Fantastic place in a quiet location, with a nice balcony. Good kitchen for preparing meals and a lovely living room to relax in after a walk or day of cycling. The many information brochures about Bocholt and the surrounding area are also nice. Jule and Philip, thank you for the hospitality.

My daughter and I stayed at this property for one night. It was totally cozy and super clean, would come back anytime. Communication was also great.

We arrived later than planned and were still able to check in 4 hours later than planned, everything was clean and it is really worth the price. You have everything you need

We stayed for two nights in Anne's cozy and sparkling clean apartment and felt very comfortable. Everything matched the description and photos. Since we were in our home country for family celebrations, we unfortunately had no opportunity to use the beautiful garden. The peace and quiet around it was also a blessing. We will be happy to come back.

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.

It is very quiet and the facilities were very good. The whirlpool was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet were also available. Everything that is part of the standard equipment was also in the kitchen. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.
