Holiday rentals with a patio in Xilxes

This apartment is exactly what one hopes to find when booking on Airbnb. It's in perfect condition, fully equipped with every possible amenity, and has a special atmosphere that makes you feel right at home and eager to return. We absolutely loved Valencia, but our stay wouldn't have been the same without the kindness of the hosts and the unique charm of the apartment. The location is fantastic, surrounded by points of interest, great restaurants, shops, and parks—and it looks even better than in the photos! Thank you so much Beatriz and Dani!

the accommodation is very nice, everything is very clean , the furniture is very complete , you have everything very close , the hosts are very friendly, I would repeat.

We would like to say a massive thanks to Alberto & Lorena as they have been wonderful hosts. The apartment is very clean with the most comfortable beds and duvets we have ever had. It is in a great location with many fantastic restaurants nearby for each taste. The beach is pristine and it is less than 5 minutes away. Any question was answered immediately by Alberto and recommendations given were great to their core. We felt like at home, and everyone will, if decides to have a great holiday at Alberto & Lorena’s place. Absolutely fantastic, thank you both once again!

Jorge was wonderful and responsive! The apartment was incredible, and 1 minute walk to the tram or Bus into Valencia. we will be back for sure!

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. We had a really great time at Alejandro's place! 😌 He was super reliable and always available when we had questions. The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away - just perfect for switching off. We got to downtown Valencia in just 15 minutes by taxi or Uber, so it's also super convenient. There were also really good restaurants nearby - we ate delicious food every evening. Thank you, Alejandro, for this wonderful stay – we would come back anytime! 😍

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a beautiful property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

The apartment is beautiful and super bright, clean and the location is very central. That was all very nice and I would recommend it

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

We had such a lovely stay.! The house is a dreams with amazing views of Benicassim. You feel 100% disconnected from the world when you’re staying here. Monica was super friendly and answered all our questions and doubts. The kitchen was spotless and modern. The rooms are a great size and we loved using the fire pit almost every night. Everything was clean and we had all we needed to cook. It’s a big plus that they accept dogs, our babies had a wonderful stay and loved the open space for them to run and play. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really nice. It is a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really very nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.
