We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

Very beautiful house just like in the photos. Spotless everything with very quiet … the sea is twenty meters from the house and has many restaurants and cafes! Chalkida is 15 minutes away . Dimitra is a helpful and welcoming city from the first moment. The kitchen is perfect with all the comforts, as well as there is also a sound system and two TVs for entertainment !!!! Great choice and I'll go again sometime !!!

Amazing stay! I was in Europe for 6 weeks and this was by far my favorite Airbnb the entire trip. The apartment is really nice and the rooftop is absolutely stunning. It's located in a busy area so there's a lot to do nearby, and the apartment is surprisingly really quiet throughout the day and night. The host was also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment!

It's a beautiful place, very convenient in every way. Quiet. Store's, restaurants, ferry, beach and more... All at walking distance. plus a beautiful sunset!.

Beautiful apartment and easy access into the city by foot but also very close to the metro if needed! The apartment was ideal with the rooftop pool as it was very hot in Athens when we visited. We also appreciated the wine and snacks left for us, a really nice touch. I would recommend and stay again!

A very nice, comfortable, and modern apartment. All of the appliances work well and the apartment is very clean. It has a beautiful view on the Acropolis, especially at night. The apartment is located à in a residential area with about a 30 mins walk or 20 mins by metro to the tourist attractions. The check-in process was very simple, however the check-out time is very strict with not much flexibility.

Absolutely love this apartment! ❤️ The location is fantastic, just a short walk to everything I need, including shops, restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and well-maintained. The most beautiful apartment. I cannot recommend Marilena’s apartment highly enough. It’s a true design gem in the very center of the city. The photos do represent the place accurately but cannot do justice to the gorgeous high ceilings, the way the light moves through the apartment throughout the day, the joy of taking a cool bath in the heat of the afternoon or sitting on the balcony drinking wine by candlelight and listening to the sounds of Athens at night. This was just the spot I was looking for. So happy Marilena shares her beautiful space with us. I was so inspired. Thank you Marilena. We hope to be back someday!

This was a stunning apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. The amazing view of the Acropolis was breathtaking and memorable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt right at home. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Stayed here again at the end of our trip and have no regrets! Such an amazing view, walkable, and plenty of places to eat.

It was an incredible home base for our stay in Athens. It was in a central, walkable location which made getting around super easy. We never had to use the metro. Plus, you never get tired of the view. The host was super kind, friendly, and gave us some killer recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked.

The place is exactly as described and pictured. Everything is an easy walk and the restaurants are great. I would recommend %1000.

Giannis place was great it was very big and exactly like the pictures. My family had a good time there. He was also very friendly to communicate with. Would go again for sure. The one thing I will say - which does not change my good rating is that there was a smell in the building - not in the apartment itself - that wasn’t very pleasant. But this was no big deal it wasn’t inside of the house.

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and spotless, just like in the photos, maybe even better! The location is very convenient and quiet, ideal for relaxation. The host was kind, hospitable and willing to help with anything we needed. We felt at home and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay for a handful of nights in Athens. There were many sights to see and great food within walking distance. It was also a great place to relax after an eventful day.
