Stay with the whole family in this wonderful house with plenty of space for moments of joy! We just renovated, furnished, & decorated this amazing 150 sq. m. house on the 2nd floor in a boho style with relaxed colors and artistic paintings on the walls. It is located right across from the center of Chalkida in a quiet residential neighborhood and is fully equipped. This stylish, bright, and airy 150 sq. m house has verandas all around, 3 bedrooms, and a loft playroom/bedroom for 2 more people!

Ολοκαίνουριο πανέμορφο σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με πάρκινγκ μπροστά από το σπίτι. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μόλις πέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο. Επίσης βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο Δημοτικό Στάδιο Χαλκίδας και το ΚΤΕΛ¨. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται υποκαταστήματα τραπεζών, ψησταριές, καφετέριες και super markets. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στις παραλίες Συκιές, Παπαθανασίου και Κουρέντι. Ιδανικό για μία άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. Σας περιμένουμε με χαρά.

Το διαμέρισμα, πλήρες ανακαινισμένο, βρισκεται στο κεντρικο δρομο της Χαινα, στο κεντρο της Χαλκίδας. Η αποσταση απο τις πλαζ Κουρέντι και Παπαθανασιού ειναι μολις στα 100μετρα. Τα ωραία ουζερί τις πόλης ειναι ακριβώς από κάτω..ειναι ιδανικο για καλοκαιρινες διακοπες καθως υπαρχει κλιματιστικο και ολα τα απαραιτητα σκευη που χρειαζεστε για μεγαλες διακοπες.. θα χαρω πολυ να σας φιλοξενησω!

"Avra" Bright and cozy place near the city center

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!
