Stay with the whole family in this wonderful house with plenty of space for moments of joy! We just renovated, furnished, & decorated this amazing 150 sq. m. house on the 2nd floor in a boho style with relaxed colors and artistic paintings on the walls. It is located right across from the center of Chalkida in a quiet residential neighborhood and is fully equipped. This stylish, bright, and airy 150 sq. m house has verandas all around, 3 bedrooms, and a loft playroom/bedroom for 2 more people!

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. The area offers restaurants, cafeterias and bakeries beside the sea. The apartment is within 10 min walk to supermarkets. It is located on the 6th floor of the apartment building. It has two balconies with outdoor equipment where one may sit and relax by enjoying sea view in one of them.
