Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

The place is super nice! Very clean, modern and great furnished apartment, exactly our taste. The amenities were sufficient for the stay. During the stay, the apartment was cleaned once, towels and duvet covers changed. A car is recommended to reach the property and the surrounding villages. We were lucky enough to meet Fofi. A very warm and accommodating hostess who responds super quickly to concerns :) We would come back any time and had a great vacation.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

It was a really great stay. Of course, the biggest part is the host Petros. She's very helpful and friendly. The location of the place is already very nice, the entrances and exits were very easy. We had a very nice holiday with everything. Thank you Petros 🙏

The little house quickly became a little home! It was like right out of Mamma Mia - super dreamy with such a beautiful view from the roof terrace. Dimitris was a wonderful host. He responded very quick and gave us amazing recommendations for Kos. His shop in Kos city is very nice and definitely worth a visit. We had quite a few ant-visitors, which was to be expected but something to be aware of. :)

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. It is very idyllic!! You're on your own. Shopping is nearby. The host was more than friendly :) if necessary, he organizes fresh meat and wood for grilling or use for the wood stove. All in all, it was very nice, the location, the house and the garden itself a dream!! It is very romantically designed and the evening atmosphere and view are a dream! It is only recommended for couples, but families will also be happy here!! Many thanks to the host for this unforgettable stay. We will be happy to come back!!

We stayed for 4 nights during Eid al-Adha. First of all, Ms. Bahar was extremely caring and helpful. The house was exactly as in the photos; an old Greek house, blue shutters, a wonderful courtyard, a custom-designed bathroom and kitchen… It was clean and had everything we needed. Staying in the center of Bodrum, which I dreamed of, walking on the beach in the morning, then having breakfast in the courtyard and going anywhere we want. In the evenings, it is a few steps away from the lively and fun nights in the bar street. We loved Bodrum more thanks to our accommodation. If I come to Bodrum again, I know where I'll stay!

This Airbnb in Bodrum was one of the most enjoyable places I have ever stayed. The location is great; quiet and peaceful, but very close to the center of Bodrum and the beaches. The house is modern and comfortably furnished, with a large and bright living area. The beds are quite comfortable and everything you could need in the house has been considered. The garden area was also lovely, perfect for cooling off, especially on hot days. The host was incredibly hospitable; he made us very happy with his attention throughout the stay. I felt very comfortable and at home during my stay here. An ideal place for those who want to explore Bodrum or just relax. I definitely look forward to staying here again and would recommend to anyone!

We felt right at home with Martha. From the extremely friendly reception, to the abundant water provided, wine and olive oil to great recommendations in the area. Martha made our time on Kos Island an unforgettable experience. The special icing on the cake was her cat, who greeted us kindly every morning and every evening. Inge's accommodation met our expectations exactly! The cottage was sparkling clean and modern, had everything you needed. The communication with Inge was great, she even picked us up from the bus stop and - by chance - we were able to get back to the airport without taking the bus. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace & nature in the immediate vicinity of Kos Town.

I would recommend staying at this apartment for the ample rooms and terrace, easy parking, inside town but away from busy streets, the neighborhood is authentic and quiet. Eirini was very helpful and the property was very clean, friendly cats around which is always a plus ❣️

We felt very comfortable and well rested in this beautiful, well-equipped house. The view of the sunset every evening was stunning. Beautiful terrace and everything thought of like sun hats and beach sheets. Last meters to House are a challenge for the car, but manageable. A good restaurant is within walking distance. Highly recommended!👍

Peaceful place in a nice area overlooking the town and sea, with kind and friendly cats and dogs who welcome you. Well equipped and clean accommodation, and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.
