We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The property itself is spacious, with wide, open areas perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The outdoor space with the pool and the bar space upstairs (we didn’t use the bar but it is available if needed) were the highlight. Ebru, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed - friendly, attentive, and always available, she made our experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Natali, who assisted us throughout our stay! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

Aklımıza bile gelmeyen her detay en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş, temizlikten kozmetiğe, gıdadan tekstile kadar ihtiyacınız olan hersey elinizin altında. Değerli ev sahibi Özlem hanım her ihtiyacımızda ve sorumuzda anında yardımcı oldu, ona burdan tekrar teşekkür edıyoruz. Çok keyifli ve unutulmaz bir tatil geçirdik bu güzel ev sayesınde.🙏🏻

Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi,nevresimler,havlular kendi evinizde kullandığınız gibi tertemiz mis gibi.Evden denize yürüyerek gitmek oldukça zor yokuştan dolayı ancak araba ile 1 dk da plaja inebiliyorsunuz,plajda otopark mevcut.Sitenin kendine ait şezlog ve şemsiyeleri var.Plaj çok kalabalık değil rahatlıkla yer bulabiliyorsunuz.Deniz kenarında sitenin kendine ait restoranı var fiyatlar fena değil rakımızı kendimiz götürdük rakı için sadece servis ücreti aldılar.Ev sahibi Esra hanımın annesi Sema hanım ve babası inanılmaz kibar,ilgili ve sıcakkanlı insanlar.Konaklamamız boyunca bizimle yakından ilgilendiler.Kendilerine bu kibar ve nazik davranışlarından dolayı bir kez daha teşekkür ederiz.Aradığınız sakinlik ve huzur ise kesinlikle Esra hanımın evini tavsiye ederim.Evin muhteşem bir manzarası var.Evde terlemeden oturduk ve yattık.

Huzurlu bahçesiyle doğayla iç içe, keyifli ve unutulmaz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev içerisinde olanaklar gayet yeterli, temiz ve sessiz, merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. Araç için özel otopark mevcut.

Great place and great host, amazing location with private beach

Their place is tucked away directly behind the Starbucks off the main street in the harbor. It's a short walk to Bodrum Castle, The Bizarre, and tons of shops and restaurants. shortly after we checked in she came over with a plate of delicious sweet treats. that was the sweetest thing ever. I really felt right at home 🥰 I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

Bu kadar harika ev sahipleriyle karşılaşacağımı tahmin etmiyordum. Çok güzel bir deneyim oldu benim için. Tertemiz bir ev ile karşılaştık. Sakinlik ve huzur arayanlar için güzel mekan seçimi 🤌🏻 Teşekkürler harika bir tatildi.

Mit den Infos die Mari uns vorab geschickt hat haben wir die Unterkunft sehr gut gefunden. Die Villa liegt in einer Ruhigen Straße und wir haben immer einen Parkplatz direkt davor gefunden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Kleinere Geschäfte und den Strand kann man über Treppen zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders geliebt haben wir die Aussicht auf Kos und den Pool. Auch der Lokale Strand ist sehr schön. Ins Stadtzentrum von Turgutreis sind es mit dem Auto wenige Minuten. Dort gibt es größere Lebensmittel Geschäfte und viel Auswahl bei Restaurants. Die Aussicht auf die Inseln dort zählt zu den schönsten in der Ägais. Sie Kommunikation mit Mari war Klasse, immer schnell, hilfreich und super nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Geçirdiğim en huzurlu en güzel tatillerden biriydi, belki de bir numaraydı diyebilirim. Başak hanım mükemmel biri ve çok kibar çok yardımsever. Eğer bodrum’a gelmek istiyorsanız başka bir ilana bakmayın bile. Konum, ev, hepsi ŞA-HA-NE. Çok memnun kaldık, bayıldık. Tekrardan Başak Hanım’a sonsuz teşekkürler🫶🏻

Her şey çok güzeldi. Ev, manzara,havuz fotoğraftakilerden daha güzeldi. Civan bey ve Nuria hanım tüm sorularımıza hızlı yanıt verdi. Nuria hanım evle ilgili her konuda yardımcı oldu. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Ayşegül Hanım'ın evi gerçekten fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, çok güzel manzaralı ve sabah 10 dan itibaren gölge bir balkon, tertemiz ve her aradığınızı bulduğunuz eşyalar, çok nefis bir plaj. Ayşegül Hanım'ın anne babası Şehriban Hanım ve Oğuz Bey de alt katta kalıyorlar ve çok ilgililer, çok tatlı insanlar, bize nefis ikramlarda bulundular. Çok güzel bir tatildi, çok memnun kaldık.

Kemal was incredible! We had a last minute cancellation so I booked this stay 3 days in advance. Kemal was extremely proactive and kind in allowing us to stay, and was great to check in about our travel details so he could plan for cleaning accordingly. Kemal met us in person to check us in and provide a full run down of the space. He was so welcoming, and also owns the restaurant next door (which is delicious by the way!) and told us we could order for delivery or walk over and ask them to bring it over. Overall great hospitality!

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Everything was perfect. Dereköy was very peaceful and at the center of Bodrum. Host was always responsive and helpful. All the amenities were perfectly included and it was a great memory for us. We were greatful with everything and hope to stay here again.

Ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Bahçe çok keyifliydi. Cengiz Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Gezilecek, yemek yenilecek ve denize girilecek yerler hakkında çok faydalı bilgiler verdi. Sayesinde iki kişi ve köpeğimizle çok keyifli bir 10 gün geçirdik.

Ev fotoğraflardakinden daha güzeldi. Temizdi. Sertaç bey çok ilgiliydi. Üstelik televizyon da geldi. Mutfaktaki gereçler gayet yeterliydi.

Aslı Hanım’ın villasından çok memnun kaldık, kendisi giriş konusunda bize esneklik sağladı, sorularımıza çok hızlı geri dönüş yaptı. Villanın temizlik hususunda da bir problemi yoktu.

Harika bir yer, denize sıfır ve çok huzurlu. Yazılan imkanlara sahip ve aynı fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Handan Hanım ve Galip Bey’e kibar, yardımsever davranışları çok teşekkürler. Bahçedeki tavukları ve çok tatlı köpekleri Çinko ve Marko ile harika bir tatildi. Düşünen herkese öneririm. Sonraki seyahatlerimizde umarım tekrar denk geliriz.

From our first contact with our host Tolga, we felt completely at ease. His communication was clear, kind, and reassuring. We had a wonderful holiday. Although we couldn’t enjoy the sea during the first few days due to early-season weather, we made up for it later. The calm and peaceful atmosphere was a real plus. There are two different coves within a 5-minute walk — a big advantage. We especially liked Karaincir Beach for its calm, clear water. The house is modern, stylish, and surrounded by greenery. The spacious garden was perfect for spending time with our 2.5-year-old daughter. Tolga was always helpful and quick to respond to any requests. During the Bayram/holiday week, he even surprised us with homemade „baklava and sarma „— such a thoughtful gesture. We felt right at home and would love to stay again. Thank you for everything!
