It's a beautiful home with nature surrounding you. The owners are very helpful and kind and live right beside. Keep in mind that the place is quite away from the city, cafes, shops, etc. There is no driver coming to pick up but they can drop food from apps. You can rent a scooter from the owner to make it easier but it still takes time to go to the city. If you're okay with all of that, then this place is absolutely amazing!

It was a magical experience. Butterflies, birds, and various plants and animals coexisted in such a beautiful and harmonious way. The space was perfect for getting work done, and there was a lovely café with a great view just across the street — ideal for enjoying some peaceful time. The thoughtful and kind hosts went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay, always keeping the place spotlessly clean. Privacy was also excellent, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere. A truly special place where nature, kindness, and care come together.

I was lucky to have enjoyed the Mushroom House for two months, and I was sad to leave. Both host and associated family were wonderful , friendly and accommodating, and I will miss them. The house itself is qwerky, comfortable and private. If you are looking for something different then make sure you book it.

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye!
