Cabin holiday rentals in Yankton

We stayed here over a long weekend while visiting family in town. We had a large group, and this space was perfect for it. There are plenty of bedrooms, and they are spread out enough that you can get some privacy when desired. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the game area and hot tub were huge hits. You feel like you're in the woods (saw turkey and deer every day), but can be in Yankton in fifteen minutes. Would definitely stay here again. Only caveat would be that there are steps -if someone in your property can't do steps, probably not the right place.

Great place for us to stay. We were hunting near by and the view is great. House was clean and had everything we needed.

A very cozy cabin with absolutely stunning views! Everything was fresh and clean, and we felt right at home upon our first steps inside. Vickie provided us with all of the information we could need about our stay, plus all of the local attractions and things to do! We absolutely loved spending time on the HUGE upstairs patio overlooking the river, and in the upstairs common space that features a beautifully updated kitchen and loft ceilings that made everything feel extra spacious! The large windows provide all the natural light you could need for a morning cup of fresh coffee. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the downstairs living room was perfect for winding down and watching a movie, or playing a board game! The wood interior and log furniture was refreshing, and reinforced the cabin feel with all of the modern amenities one could possibly need, not to mention the large hot tub with gorgeous views! We loved every part of our stay, and hope to return!

A great place to stay!

Literally perfect for the 6 of us (2 adults - 4 teens) to enjoy our stay. Cabin was beautiful and completely equipped with everything we hoped. Walking distance to river - gorgeous view for early morning walks and fishing. Private location of hot tub and fire pit. Cabin sets at the mouth of a quiet, clean and cozy rv park. I had read of the highway traffic being a nuisance in another feedback, but it was actually less than what we have on our street in our town so traffic/noise was not an issue and seemed minimal. My kids are teens, but there was a smaller playground right next to the cabin that appeared fairly new that would be a great addition to family fun for smaller children. There were many board games my teens enjoyed playing. One fun surprise was a telescope viewing out the loft window. They also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I had asked a few questions and Chelsie was very quick to respond and accommodating. I will 100% recommend Eagles Roost Resort to anyone/everyone.

Mark’s place was as described. It was peaceful and the home was very clean. We got exactly what we wanted and Mark was super helpful!

Cara’s place was an awesome place for our family to gather and catch up.The setup of home worked well, the yard and deck was very nice area on a beautiful weekend to relax, making treasured memories!

Everything was clean and comfortable. We were there for a wedding in Yankton so we didn't spend a ton of time at the house.

This was a family vacation celebrating many family occasions like milestone anniversaries & birthdays. We enjoyed the location which was close to family in the area. It was beautiful and peaceful. Our family was five adults and two small children. There was plenty of space, toys for old & young! One comment about the house with multiple stairs could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues, but Chad's photos reveal the layout. We enjoyed our time there immensely. Chad & Lori are wonderful hosts!
