Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yao

This apartment was very well located and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. It has also 3 bedrooms which is great for a family and apart from the crows each morning and the boat on Saturday night along the Dotonbori the rooms were all very peaceful to sleep in. There is also a balcony which is useful to step out and get some air. The host was also super friendly and responsive. Great place to stay!

Keiko was so responsive and gave great suggestions for alternative transportation when our flight was delayed. She also got us snacks since we landed late and knew we would be hungry. We couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to the country. She also helped us with luggage transfer information and assisted us with form filling. The place is very comfortable and has all listed amenities. It is centrally located and has the best host. Many restaurants close by and easy commute to the stations. We would certainly recommend the place for a group of 3 or less.

Really nice vibe in this compact space. Close to some great coffee spots and the rail network. Very clean and tidy with thoughtful additions like water, tea, coffee and some basic toiletries. No hesitation to recommend staying here if you want a nice bolthole in Osaka.

This airBNB was truly a great way to experience Dotonbori! Very convenient for my party of 7. Location is excellent for eating and shopping. The rooms were clean, the host was very responsive. I can not say enough about the location. We were very happy with it. Transportation is very near by as well and makes it convenient to travel to other destinations.

I am very pleased with my time at Naomi’s place! After a week in Tokyo it was nice to be staying somewhere with some space. The unit is on the third floor of the building and away from any street noise, of which there wasn’t much to begin with - it was easy to get a good night of sleep. The unit is equipped with anything you could possibly need. Having an in unit washer and dryer is so nice. I would gladly stay at Naomi’s place again!

Tadashi home is very cosy and convenient. It takes just 5 mins to walk from the train station. It can fit our group of 8 people. Very nice home with all equipment you need for your stay. Highly recommend this home if you travel to Osaka.

We are a family of 4 adults and we wanted a place to call home for 7 nights in Osaka. We are so happy to find that in Apricot Home. Everything in the house is well thought of, clean, organized and provided for. There is so much space, so comfortable to come home to at the end of a tiring day. We had a great time and will not hesitate to recommend Apricot Home to our family and friends. Thank you, Keita and Azuna for being great hosts who are always responsive and made us feel welcome.

The property is in great location, with several convenient stores, grocery store (Life, a Kroger/HEB like store for fresh vegetables, meat and fish, and fruits), department store (Super Walmart version), subway stations and restaurants all within 8 min walking distance. 2 stops from city center for entertainment and shopping. The house is spotless, nice kitchen and entertainment items are provided. Tones of towels, 7 types of shampoos and conditioners. We really enjoyed the stay in the house. The host kindly let us check-in early on last minute request. 100% satisfied and highly recommend the place.

My family had a wonderful time during our stay. The home was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The home was close to the Train station, food market and 711 / Lawson’s. We are thankful to the host for providing a comfortable stay.

Junko’s place is beautiful and incredibly well decorated. Every aspect is taken care of to make you feel cozy and welcome. Junko was very kind and welcomed us with a ride from the train station and a tour of the place. The place is located in a very beautiful part of the country, with lots of temples, shrines, and scenic routes nearby. We also were able to easily do daytrips to Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka.

Thanks a lot for the hospitality! The apartment is well equipped with all staff which must be needed. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to Seminoe station. And about 15 mins to Namba. I’d be happy to come back!)))

This time, I traveled to Osaka with my family and used this room! When I entered the entrance, I was surprised by the more luxurious interior than I had seen in the photos.The cleaning was also meticulous, and I was able to use it very comfortably. We still have a child in elementary school, so we were worried about causing trouble, but we forgot about that and had a very meaningful time as a family in this room. My child's favorite was the theater room.We don't have a big screen at home to watch movies and anime, so it was a new experience for us! I also really liked the stylish bar counter.I was very satisfied with the unusual time of making simple dishes in the kitchen and drinking them as snacks, which was different from my usual life. It was impressive that it had good access to the main tourist spots in Osaka, and the host was kind and polite. For those who want to spend a relaxing time with their family and friends, we highly recommend this room where you can spend private time without worrying about the surroundings! Thank you very much. I would definitely like to use it again when I go on a trip to Osaka!

The stay is still very comfortable, close to the neighborhood, not near the street, very quiet, comfortable to live, very clean, there is a kettle and simple kitchen utensils, downstairs there is a washing machine and dryer, convenient, you can walk to the core area of Shinsaibashi

The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.

The house is very well located, very close to the station and surrounded by food street.It is a room and room, as a foreigner, needs to adapt a little, but it also gave us an interesting experience.Well-equipped, sparkling clean, and the host thoughtfully prepared a wealth of linen and supplies.

I had a good stay for 3 nights and 4 days ~ I was so satisfied that the accommodation was so neatly done ^ ^ It was a limited stop from Namba Station, and it was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and zoos we were going to. Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Our experience here was fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making it a real pleasure to experience living like a local Japanese in a condo, rather than a typical chain hotel. The location is unbeatable: you're just steps from the subway and a short walk from both Dotonbori Street and Kuromon Market. We had a truly wonderful stay in a highly convenient spot. Highly recommended!
