Holiday rentals with a patio in Yarmouth

The condo was in a good location. The upstairs BR was a good size. Downstairs was a little small. Really good for 2 people. TV in BR was very small. Over all we had a good time. Roberta supplied all toiletries, shampoo, cream rinse, body was which was a plus. Also all bedding was supplied.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This Airbnb is SO cute and in the perfect location. Kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy, lots of sitting space, and just super homey! Erin and Carlos are fantastic hosts - friendly and communicative, and they even left us snacks/drinks and a handwritten card. I can’t wait to stay again!

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

Brian and Linda were wonderful hosts. They gave us privacy, but were very responsive and happy to engage when we met. Their dog Sparky is a real sweetheart! The apartment is quiet, and very private. There are three rooms—bedroom, living room/kitchenette, and bathroom—and all three rooms are spacious, and thoughtfully put together. The bed is comfortable and Brian and Linda had out two soft pillows and two firm pillows so we had options. There is plenty of closet and dresser space, and the room is peaceful. The livingroom/kitchenette has more than enough room to sit and unwind at the end of the day. From the soft green blanket to the light pouring in while we had breakfast at the table, The room was welcoming and warm. The bathroom is spacious and well stocked with soft towels and little soaps and shampoos. The place felt like a cottage. There is a variety of lighting throughout the apartment, hooks for jackets, silverware and mugs and coffee…. We really enjoyed our stay!

Being our first time visiting the Cape, we wanted to find a place that was private, cozy, and located near the beach/other main points of interest. Ann’s place was a wonderful combination of all of these things and we were glad to be able to stay in such a comfortable environment. We also found Ann to be one of the most responsive and genuinely kind Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quaint, peaceful place to stay.

Place was gorgeous. Location perfect. Mattress perfect. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Room very stuffy, no moving air.We prefer open windows & temp was perfect but found the only 2 windows behind headboardhad no screens so that was out. 1 eve I had to open a bit, felt suffocating. We did use a/c couple of times & it works fine. T.V. stations do not have CC which is surprising. I verified the station & prgm, turned on cc from control but never worked. Can't watch t.v. without it. Not sure if the area stations or what. Not ADA compliant. Autumn was fantastic replying, at 1st. I did ask more Q as time got closer & she did have fam once & apologized about delay. However when asked about t.v. the response was something about it on the control & nothing more. Could be she isn't aware. Check in shows that I'm to contact her but she & I thought the code would come up when checkin time arrived so had to contact her a few x to get in door. Bathroom inner knob falling off. Scott loves the chair!

Brianna's place was well kept up, clean, and comfortable. The house had a very quite and secluded setting, which we enjoyed. We had a nice stay and thought this was a good central location in Cape Cod. Brianna had everything we needed and more. The conveniences that she had in the house were much appreciated (bags, beach equipment and toys, cooler, washer and dryer & etc.) and made life so much easier. She was very responsive when asked and even gave us some recommendations around the area. The whole process was smooth!

Great place, didn’t get to use the fireplace or bikes because of the weather but both looked fun for. A future trip!

Nice cottage, cozy for a small gathering and getaway. The location is close by to everything, just minutes away from supermarkets, drug stores, restaurants, waterpark, mini-golf, and activities. Several things I liked about this rental verses others: the place is very clean and new looking. The kitchen is fully equipped and beautiful, even had oil, spices, coffee, blender, smores sticks, lighter, scissors, zip bags etc. The living space is open concept so you can entertain while you’re cooking. There is a large TV, you could use with Netflix, YouTube. The master bedroom was spacious, even has a laundry space inside so you could wash a small load when needed. The second bedroom was smaller but good enough for 2 people. The third bedroom is small and has a single bed but nice for 1 person. We loved the backyard where we were able to enjoy a nice dinner and had a cookout using the grill. The hot tub and the bar area were amazing! Water was already hot when we arrived and ready to go in!

We had a family wedding and needed a home where we would be comfortable to stay and get ready. I found this home and so glad I did - we hit the jackpot! Although, due to our busy weekend schedule, we did not get to take advantage of all of the amenities this house has to offer, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, newly updated and very clean home! The location for us was just perfect and with the gorgeous backyard and patio, we did enjoy every minute we were there! As someone who also owns rental property, I can tell you the communication was amazing and so appreciated, and those welcome snacks were just what we needed after a long drive! Thank you, Lauren!!!

Our stay was lovely! The cottage was pristine and gorgeous. You can tell it was intentionally and lovingly decorated and designed. Being a 5 min walk from the beach was wonderful. The guide with recommendations was very helpful in deciding how to spend our days. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone considering a stay on the Cape!

My family of 5 adults had a great stay at Ashlee’s. We were so comfortable. She even had a bottle of wine and some snacks to welcome us. The house is in a really nice neighborhood. We rented bikes from Palm City Bikes and rode the Cape Cod Trail one afternoon. Overall, a fantastic time and would stay again.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

Perfect for a long weekend trip to Cape Cod. The condo was exactly as described and conveniently located near downtown Chatham. Highly recommended Chatham Sunrise for breakfast (walking distance).

Joanne’s place was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of closet and drawer space and it would work well for an extended stay. It’s quite near the beaches and harbor in Dennis/Quivet Neck, and there is a good restaurant (Marshside) with a scenic view that is a short walk away. Easy to find, although if you check in at night a flashlight will be very helpful. ;-) The kitchen was small but usable, and the refrigerator was modern and had plenty of room.

Great place! Thank you! Bits was super responsive and helpful when I arrived and had an issue with the WiFi. After trying to troubleshot via messaging, she arrived at the house and fixed it immediately. Great stat!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great condition, really clean, easy parking, and great location right at the Ocean Edge resort. Rob was an excellent host, super communicative and responsive. Would stay again!

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful and quaint condo for a wedding weekend in Dennis and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place with a more perfect location!We both felt safe and comfortable immediately upon arrival and loved spending time outside on the porch and enjoying walking around the area! We would both recommend this stay to anyone!
