This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

John was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was in an incredible location with beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a couple of nights in mount martha to appreciate the beautiful beach, restaurants, and walking trails as you cannot beat the location of this place

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay, appliances and furniture clean and functional. Great views from the balcony. Bruce is a great host. Very proactive with communications and quick to respond. Good to have condiments in the kitchen and also in the bathroom. Love staying on the island, have been coming there for over 12 years now

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

I lived in Port Melbourne and nearby years ago so it was wonderful to be back. The apartment was perfectly located, just beside the promenade, handy for those morning walks, strolls, runs, and super for a nothing walk on to the beach for yoga or a dip. The main street was a few min walk for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets and shops. We also got a week pass for the South Pacific Health Club Gym. A really good gym, great views, only a 3 min walk, reasonably priced, 24/7, and very friendly. The 109 tram is again a few min walk. So handy for South Melbourne Market, The CBD, or the Australian Open. The apartment itself is really well decorated and kitted out. A sense of openness and yes beautiful views. Such a bonus to have the shared pool too.

The Space - The studio was just as pictured and described, with a queen bed and daybed for sleeping. The bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette ensured that the studio provides all that is required. Beautifully presented and clean. It is within a short distance to acland Street arcade, where you will find plenty of shops close by, as well as public transport links. The Host - Wonderful! Banu is an exceptional host, brilliantly attentive without being intrusive. Banu always had local information to share and handy hints throughout our stay. We instantly felt at home here and wish we could have stayed longer. The disappointment would be too great if we were not to return, to this fabulous airbnb, host and amazing part of the world.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Book this space! I have stayed in close to 40 Airbnb’s and this was by far the cleanest place and the attention to detail was immaculate. The kitchen was so well stocked with anything you could need and the quality of the utensils and crockery was top notch. We had a charcuterie board and there was even a board and cheese knives! The view was amazing & the access to the beach was so nice. It was so cozy at night with the heater and we appreciated the nice bathroom amenities & shower pressure. 1000/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have an amazing stay in phillip island.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! It was even more stunning in person – the photos truly don’t do it justice. The private garden was such a peaceful spot to relax, and the modern interior was fresh, stylish, and incredibly well-kept. Everything was spotless and felt really comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking a breeze. It was clear a lot of thought went into making the space feel like a home away from home. Howard was a fantastic host – always responsive and helpful, replying within 10 to 15 minutes every time. I would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality getaway!

One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
