Holiday rentals with a sauna in Yarra River

Just WOW! Honestly one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in Melbourne CBD. The place looks so much better in person! Fotos do not justify it. If you are doubting to book, do book, you won’t regret it! Very friendly host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Place is stunning! one of the best places we've stayed in during our time in South Yarra! it's super convenient with an anytime fitness right opposite and great coffee and matcha just around the corner too. the place was cozy, cute, clean and everything we were after! super easy to check in and check out too :') we had the best time staying at Anastasia's place and would gladly re-book in the future.

Spent 5 absolutely wonderful nights in this apartment. The location is top notch with Coles, Chemist Warehouse and Spencer Outlet shops just across the street. Hop onto tram 86 to get into the heart of the CBD or across to St Patrick's, all within the free tram zone in Melbourne city. So easy to get around. The unit is as advertised. Good as almost new. Stunning views from the 55th and our family of 4 were completely at home in this spacious apartment...including the carpark! Thank you Paul & Dan!

Had an amazing stay at Queenie’s place! The apartment was cosy, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication was spot on the entire time. This is an amazing apartment! So close to everything, including tram stops, train station and ferry to Portarlington. The furnishings are beautiful and we had a wonderful sleep (great linen). There is access to an outdoor space, and indoor pool/gym/sauna. We will hopefully be back in the summer to really enjoy the view on the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was great for restaurants, shopping and easy access to the CBD and the rest of the metro network. The facilities were really nice and the apartment itself was very well thought out. There was lots of storage and the whole place made the stay feel like home away from home. We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

This is a great place, great location, very clean. Relaxing view, pool, spa and sauna. Would definitely recommend to others.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

A wonderful place to stay. The most confusing thing was that the building has a very large 380 above the door, when the address is actually 371. Other than this, the apartment was very neat with an amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Simon’s place. The apartment was incredibly cosy, spotless and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better - right in the heart of Melbourne Central, making it super easy to get around and explore the city. I especially loved the access to the building’s sauna and gym, which were great extras to have. Simon was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. He truly made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay in Warburton. The house is modern with beautiful surroundings. We used the spa and sauna daily and was a big hit. The house is very comfortable with two living spaces and very close to the main strip in Warburton and surrounding attractions including the Redwood Forest. We will be back! We loved it!

Amazing property, the house was the perfect little getaway for our family. Backyard entertainment area was a stand out. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants to relax and unwind.

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this beautiful home! It is the perfect weekend escape from Melbourne (just over an hour away) & the location is perfect for a bush walk and visit to the local markets. We absolutely love the movie room & spa too! We have already started planning our next visit in 2026!
